I was welcomed by an amazing staff, incredible food and impeccable aesthetic of architecture and design. Ahau is a hot spot for the local community to commune and share magic of art, beauty and culture. A gem of a location. 5/5 stars. Truly grateful for Graz and his team. Thank you guys!

Christian is an excellent server. He is very gracious and remembers everyone’s names and how each prefers their cocktails from day to day. The service and the beach are phenomenal. The surf and the beach are perfecto; safe for everyone, including our children.

Ahau is an amazing play to stay! Junior was so helpful with helping us arrange things we wanted to do. The rooms were beautiful, with an amazing comfortable bed. Morning yoga was a great way to start the days. All staff were very friendly and the beach was lovely and relaxing! Such a great location with easy walking distance to shops and restaurants, also close to downtown which was fun to explore for a day. I would highly recommend this resort and would Definately come back!! Thanks Ahau❤️❤️❤️

Wir hatten eine Junior Suite Beachfront (Top Level) für 4 Nächte ohne Verpflegung oder zusätzlichen Service, generell viel zu teuer für das was es ist! Das Personal ist etwas hochnäsig und scheint geldfixiert zu sein. Man fühlt sich ständig beobachtet, besonders im leeren Restaurant und am Strand. Die Zimmerreinigung war lieblos: keine frischen Handtücher, keine sauberen, fleckige Bademäntel & Bettwäsche, kein Staubsaugen. Zudem kein Föhn oder andere Utensilien im Bad, nur Shampoo und Duschgel. Wasserdruck war sehr gering, und die Klimaanlage wurde ab 10 Uhr morgens ohne Vorwarnung abgeschaltet. Bier am Strand kostete 7 € für 0,33l, und alle 2 Minuten kamen Strandverkäufer, auch direkt auf die Liegen zu, sogar Kleinkinder. Bei Regen drang Wasser durch die Balkontür bis ans Bett. Der modrige holzige Geruch aus dem Kleiderschrank war unangenehm. Auch bei der Rollermiete wurde der Preis plötzlich von 60 auf 70 USD angehoben, obwohl Vermieter in der Nähe nur 35 USD verlangen. Der Tulum vibe ist jedoch durch die Atmosphäre und Einrichtung gegeben. Der schöne Meerblick und der saubere Strand retten das Erlebnis etwas – insgesamt eine Enttäuschung.

Delicioso día de playa, riquísima la comida y el servicio de Gabriel y Denis fue el mejor. Espero regresar pronto de nuevo. El mar hermoso, la playa súper cómoda y la música perfecta para disfrutar y relajarme. Me gusta que está delimitado para que no te acosen los vendedores.

Be very careful of this hotel company's refund policy if you cancel with a family situation. THEY ARE NOT REFUNDING ANY OF THE 6 NIGHTS AT THE HOTEL. SHAMEFUL POLICY. HAD TO CANCELL ON THE TRIP MONDAY 8/26 THE FLIGHT AND THE HOTEL. ALL HOTEL ONLY TAKE THE 1ST NIGHT AND RETURN THE OTHER NIGHTS. NOT THIS COMPANY. WE ARE OUT $1,000 WITHA EMAIL SAYING YOU SHOULD OF TOOK OUT INSURANCE. I WILL BE GOING TO THE FTC AND OTHER AGENCIES LIKE THE BBB BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'M SURE IF WE WERE THERE AND HAD TO LEAVE ON THE 2ND OR LATER DATE. THEY WOULD HAVE TO REFUND THE BALANCE OF THE DAYS LEFT ON THE TRIP.

Hotel looks good, the room with sea view was ok. I found few cockroaches inside and many things was a little bit used …I don’t like the staff, they looking only for the tips, no matter what they do you need to pay 15% extra, and no one ask you that you like it or not. We waited too long for everything. And a lot of the them were impolite.

I was disappointed with both Tulum and the hotel …..and not what I expected …. The hotel is ok but it’s quite weathered with old furniture and needs a facelift … it’s also incredibly expensive to eat at the hotel ..I would t eat there again … Staff are very friendly

Hermoso lugar con un buen servicio y con habitación muy limpias y ordenadas. Me encantó la comida y la ubicación del hotel. Tiene un playa muy bonita y con un buen servicio. También la atención de la persona de la limpieza nos sorprendió siempre atenta.
