Points positifs: - la localisation : à côté de la station de bus ADO, c’est très pratique et pas très loin du centre (5minutes de marche même pas) Points négatifs: - odeur dans la salle de bain - état d’usure avancé pour la chambre et la salle de bain - le personnel n’est pas très chaleureux, le strict minimum est fait pour l’accueil - rapport qualité prix moyen. Globalement ce n’est pas très cher mais le rapport qualité prix est moyen en comparaison de logements semblables qu’on a pu occuper dans la région. - à côté d’un bar bruyant. On entend fort la musique. - les photos qui laissent paraître un hôtel bien plus neuf que la réalité. Je recommande uniquement pour la localisation à côté de la station de bus qui permet de prendre un bus tôt le matin ou arriver tard le soir sans que ce soit complexe (hôtel littéralement à 50 mètres ). Mais sinon je ne recommande pas.

Just AVOID this place. Our room was nr. 1, right besides the reception, you could hear every word spoken and loud music coming from across the street till late night ours. Room had a terrible smell, which never went away, there was only fan, no AC, window was facing to some disturbing inside view(see picture) and one of the window glasses was missing, had to close it with plastic to avoid some cockroaches coming in, other window was facing the hallway where everyone was passing by and again you could hear every single sound. It was dump, moldy, walls were dirty and towels from past century, couldn’t wait to get away from this horrible place. Would night recommend to stay at any cost.

Habitaciones limpias y confortables con aire acondicionado. Desayuno completo. Cuenta con un restaurante al lado si no eres muy exigente . Ideal para hospedarse si estas de pasada o pasar unos días con amigos.

Excelente servicio , mis amigos y yo quedamos encantados con la atención.Todo muy limpio,ordenado y la decoración muy artesanal , los empleados muy amables,lo que mas nos gustó es su ubicación ya que esta céntrico. Sin dura regresaría . :)

Me encantó la ubicación y la atención brindada por el personal durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos dentro del hotel, la ubicación es excelente y también las habitaciones tienen decoraciones que te hacen sentir en casa y con toda tranquilidad y comodidad, es un excelente opción para estar de paso por Tulum y conocer el centro y los lugares y restaurantes que se ofrecen al rededor de este hotel. Definitivamente volvería.

Un bonito lugar y tranquilo, si quieres relajarte un poco de las grandes ciudades, muy céntrico, buena ubicación y el servicio excelente, las habitaciones muy cómodas y relajantes, tienes muy cerca todo, desde tiendas hasta restaurantes, durante mi estancia no me hizo falta nada

Me gusto mucho la ubicación, en el centro y a unos pasos de la central de autobuses. Nos recibieron muy bien y rápido, la habitación ya estaba lista,limpia y ordenada. La decoración bonita, a mi esposa le encantó, nos gustó mucho. Descansamos las noches ya que es muy tranquilo
