L’hôtel est dans la ville avec bcp de bruit l’isolation de la chambre est inexistant . La chambre n’est pas super propre mais surtout très sombre et mal agencée. Nous avons eu un orage et l’eau nous a mouillé les affaires pénétrant par les châssis. Nous ne parlerons pas de l’accueil En résumé nous n’y retournerons pas et ne le recommanderons pas

Such a nice and lovely place to stay. The staff was so kind, lovely and helpful. Great Team. We would definitly recommend whenever you wanna stay in Tulum. Staff let us stay by the pool when we had to wait hours for our bus. Also loved the tulum vibes 🌴

Hotel is 4 blocks to the main street with restaurants, souvenirs stores, mini market, money exchange, ADO bus terminal and colectivo buses. Medium size room with good A/C. Free toiletries. Special thanks to Juan, he was very helpful with all the tips! Taking a shower is messy, water comes out from the shower and the floor gets all wet. Hot water takes time. Bathroom sink it’s difficult to regulate the water pressure. A bad smell comes out of the shower from time to time. Wi-Fi in the room disconnect every 3 minutes. Breakfast could be better.

We would highly recommend going to BAU. The place is nice, calm and clean. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is great. It is in the city centre and close to everything you need (bus, bars, restaurants, laundromat, bike rental) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BAU hostel is such an amazing place. I‘ve stayed there for a few weeks and everything was perfect. The staff is nice and makes you feel like at home. Breakfast is amazing and the rooms are perfectly clean. I would recommend the hostel to everyone who wants to stay in tulum.

Super nice hostel with lovely staff who were really knowledgeable about the area and recommended sites, restaurants and helped with hiring bikes and other advice. It’s a modern design with pod-style beds, and it had a chilled atmosphere. I’d be glad to stay again, really recommend!

me quede con una amiga por una semana! nos recibieron super bien! atencion al detalle en todo! desde recepcion, los desayunos y la limpieza del lugar, te dan ganas de no irte nunca mas! a dos cuadras del centro y del ADO, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo

Oasis in the center of Tulum with a beautiful pool and great breakfast. Great staff and especially beautiful at night with a very well curated lightning and atmosphere. Just two blocks from ADO bus station
