Despite the fact that there is no road to the hotel - the hotel itself and the beach with service are a bomb! It was very impressive that turtles come to the shore to nest and you can come across small turtles in the morning - very cute! The food in the establishment is also cool! A very relaxing vacation for those who want to relax in a hotel near the beach and not go to the city, everything is here for that. The staff does not bother, does not cling, no one asks for a tip every two seconds and no noisy show programs, although this about the show can probably be attributed to the minuses, because sometimes there is not enough entertainment, but in general I liked everything! Among the minuses, there is not enough small shop to buy some banal things, especially feminine hygiene, or elementary plasters, sun protection creams.

Un resort fantastico in pieno stile caraibico, con un incredibile affaccio sul mare. L'atmosfera è tranquilla, rilassante ed avvolgente..palme, sabbia bianca, mare dai colori cangianti. Piscine per grandi e piccini, camere eleganti ed accoglienti, a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. Ottima la ristorazione con preparazioni per tutti i gusti. Il personale gentile ed premuroso. Efficiente servizio navetta per raggiungere in 5 minuti Tulum con le sue attrazioni. Che aggiungere.. buonissima vacanza a tutti!!

Immagina un angolo di paradiso sulla splendida costa Maya, a Tulum: un albergo elegante e curatissimo, dove ogni dettaglio è ispirato allo stile autentico e rilassato del luogo. Le tonalità tenui degli interni – sabbia, crema, bianco e legno naturale – si fondono armoniosamente con la natura circostante, creando un'atmosfera di raffinata semplicità. La struttura, recentemente ristrutturata, è impeccabilmente pulita e dotata di piscine cristalline immerse tra palme e vegetazione tropicale. Il mare, proprio di fronte, regala uno spettacolo cromatico che va dal verde smeraldo al blu profondo, invitando a momenti di puro relax o a lunghe passeggiate sulla spiaggia di sabbia finissima. Il cibo è un'esperienza a sé: piatti freschi, gustosi e curati nei minimi dettagli, con ingredienti locali e un tocco di creatività. Il personale è il vero cuore del luogo: gentile, attento e sempre sorridente, capace di farti sentire coccolato e speciale in ogni momento. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza tranquilla e rigenerante in un posto davvero paradisiaco, dove eleganza e autenticità si incontrano in perfetta armonia.

Der VR Club verfügt über eine schöne Hotelanlage die gepflegt ist, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir empfanden das Personal als sehr unaufmerksam - leere Gläser wurden nicht aus den Zimmern entfernt, der Fußboden des Zimmers nicht gefelgt. Wir hatten noch den Sand der Vormieter im Zimmer. Die Poolhandtücher waren alle schmutzig. Wir hatten für einen Tag das All-Inclusive Paket dazu gebucht - bereits am Vormittag gab es kein Flaschen-Wasser mehr. Einer der Gründe weshalb wir uns für All-Inclusive entschieden hatten; denn es gibt weder einen Supermarkt noch kleinen Shop in der Nähe bei dem man hätte Wasser kaufen können. Wir würden nicht nochmal ins VR Club fahren.
