The whole thing is extremely small. It’s just beyond my imagination. Other than that, it’s an ok place. Very quiet. Oh their AC is unbelievably loud. Restaurant is ok. Costs 110usd for two ppl to dine with no dessert.

We loved our stay. Hotel is right on the beach with a mix of shaded and sunny hammocks and lounge beds overlooking the beautiful water. You can walk along the beach all the way from the hotel to the Tulum archaeological site. The restaurant food is very good, and totally exceeded our expectations. The pool is small but cute, and I never saw anyone else in it during our four day stay. There are plenty of nice touches like tea/coffee brought to your room every morning. The service was very very good, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

It’s beautiful inside the national park. However this is not a 5 star property. It’s nice, quiet, beach accessible property for a night. The ruins are pretty close by. The shuttle helps you go up and down in the national park. If you want anything party scene, you have to go to the other side of the town.
About the experience at the property - few things
1. The service is good
2. The breakfast/coffee basket that they provide is very underwhelming. The milk is given in glass jar and left outside for an hour. The coffee became cold. It was not something I expected from an hospitality industry.
3. The Thai restaurant is very slow, took forever to prepare our lunch and our taxi left, they didn’t even inform us.

We absolutely loved our stay! It was relaxing to be so close to the beach. The food and drinks were excellent, as was the service. We appreciated that we could walk to the Tulum ruins and nearby hotels. Great having to the Mi Amor pool and restaurant. If you’re looking for a safe, quiet and relaxing getaway, don’t hesitate! We stayed 5 nights and wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at the mezzanine for a few days and loved every minute of it. It’s in a peaceful location, but there is plenty of restaurant options nearby. The hotel restaurant and bar are also amazing. Pool is a little small, but never crowded. Highly recommended staying there if you are looking for some relaxation and quiet time.
