The whole thing is extremely small. It’s just beyond my imagination. Other than that, it’s an ok place. Very quiet. Oh their AC is unbelievably loud. Restaurant is ok. Costs 110usd for two ppl to dine with no dessert.

Great friendly staff , my wife wasn’t feeling well and Orquidia our host brought her a Mint Tea (Nice!!)also Jacqueline another host great friendly and very helpful . Over all we enjoyed our stay PLUS the food at their restaurant is SO GOOD . I highly recommend this place

We had such a great stay here. It’s a super quiet, cozy boutique hotel with only 9 rooms, which made it feel really peaceful and special. Our room had an amazing ocean view—we loved waking up to that every morning. The food was delicious, especially the Authentic Thai dishes. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Jacquline for giving us awesome tips on where to go around Tulum. Would definitely come back!

Our stay at the Mezzanine was wonderful! The property is beautiful and well situated. Our room was gorgeous and super clean, and the food at the restaurant was fantastic. What really made this hotel stand out was the absolutely amazing staff! From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, everyone was kind, courteous and so knowledgeable. Jacqueline, in particular, was a gem and made our stay even more special! Would definitely come back to Mezzanine!

This boutique hotel is very cute and aesthetic! The staff were 10/10, very helpful & sweet! The breakfast (the pancakes specifically) were some of the best I have ever had! This is definitely not a party place though, very relaxing. The only downside to this place is the location depending on what you want to do; everything is a very far walk and taxis are very expensive even if it’s .2 of a mile. My spouse and I spent a week at Mezzanine to celebrate our anniversary, and it was perfect from start to finish. Every staff member was warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. Our anniversary dinner was a highlight — beautifully prepared and served with care. The food exceeded our expectations every day. Jacqueline, David, Filberto, Wilson, Ramiro, Asael, and the whole team deserve recognition for their outstanding service and attention to detail. We can’t wait to come back and will happily recommend Mezzanine to friends and family. Thank you for making our anniversary so special!

Pra quem curte comida tailandesa o local pode ser mais interessante. A vista é linda, mas todas as opções de comida são apimentadas e o preço bem salgado! Se vc gosta muito de comida tailandesa talvez goste do lugar. Eu não voltaria e nem recomendo.
