Very good location. Samy at reception was amazing!
Hotel was fabulous and security made us feel very safe and welcome. Only negative was the charge for the small bit of make up on towels. However, would recommend if you want to stay in downtown Tulum

Amazing place. The location is great if you have a car or bike. I’m a hidden street super quiet. The pool is awesome. We got the room with walkout windows. Simply fantastic. I did not eat there but they have nice coffees.

Increíble experiencia ! La comida deliciosa al igual que la atención. Los cuartos están súper cuidados, la alberca tiene una temperatura ideal . Se conecta con el hotel Bardo el cual también tiene una alberca espectacular y un bar Padrisimo con súper buena atención.

Nous sommes restées une nuit à una Vida et l’hôtel est bien décoré avec une jolie piscine et des chambres confortables. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de profiter de l’hôtel Bardo qui est vraiment incroyable (surtout la piscine). Je recommande cet hôtel MAIS gros problème pour le transfert depuis Cancún. Nous avions réservé avec l’hôtel un transfert et le chauffeur qui devait nous attendre à l’arrivée n’était pas là. Nous sommes restées 45 min à l’attendre et avons du activer nos données à l’étranger pour trouver un moyen de joindre l’hôtel. Pas admissible.
