The bathroom had a literal hole in the wall and an unsanitary toilet/shower situation. Toothpaste over the mirror indicated little to no cleaning is done to these rooms. Breakfast seems to have almost no food, and no fruit is available (for those with gluten/dairy intolerances, there will be nothing available for you). If you are in a non-smoking room, they will additionally charge a $50 deposit at the counter. A man slept on the only staircase (which is outdoors as it is motel not hotel situation) blocking the way to our room on two of our nights. The toilet is running throughout the night. The room smelled very strongly of ammonia/urine. Other customers complained and left due to room changes that did not increase quality of the room as they had non working television, internet, and plumbing. The pool is not maintained or in use.

The only positive thing I can say about this place is the price. Walls are thin, we could hear conversations in the next room, the person at check in was not friendly, the breakfast was a joke: overcooked biscuits and gravy, waffles, toast and two cereal options consisting of Raisin Bran and Cheerios. The juice machine said orange and apple juice, but only dispensed very watered down orange juice. The chair in our room had interesting dark stains on an arm, and the bathtub did not look clean. The location is not the best either, you can only drive in one direction from the entrance.

Was easy to access from freeway & had adequate parking. Room was clean & linens were fresh, so that was a plus. However the “hot” breakfast was not. Juice machine wasn’t working. Waffle maker was old & took too long to heat up. Milk was not restocked when low. Only fruit available was tangerines. No apples or bananas or anything else. Biscuits & gravy was Luke warm at best. Water dispenser did not work. Not very appetizing at all. When staff was asked for replenishment they acted put out to service customers. Bathroom had an out of order sign on it. All in all room was ok but would not stay here again.

We had to give a 50$ cash deposit even though we booked through *******! It was refundable, I usually don’t carry cash so I was concerned when they told me I could not check in until I paid the deposit! Luckily they let me deposit 43$ instead of making me go to an atm! Our room was NOT clean! It had dust and dirt on all baseboards! There was blood splatter from needle use on the bathroom ceiling and mirror! We brought our own bedding and I was glad I did! Sad part was I didn’t notice how bad it was until I got back from a concert and actually had time to look at the room!

Debo decir que lo barato sale caro, llegamos al hotel y el primer cuarto fue terrible en muy malas condiciones olía mucho a húmedo y cigarro cabe mencionar que habíamos pedido un cuarto para no fumadores, el cuarto estaba feo, el baño súper sucio sobretodo en la bañera, la puerta del baño no cerraba estaba quebrada fue una muy mala experiencia, lo que me gustó es que la recepcionista inmediatamente corrigió el error nos ofreció ver dos cuartos más y el que nos agradara mas con ese podíamos quedarnos, así que el tercer cuarto que pudimos ver con ese nos quedamos no estaba en las mejores condiciones pero si estuvo muchísimo mejor y más habitable que el primero. También me gustó que estaba cerca de muchos centros comerciales y restaurantes.
Solo me queda decir que puedes pagar por estos cuartos de hotel bajo tu propio riesgo.
