Comfort Suites Central-I-44

Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Check in was easy. The clerk was extremely friendly. I would stay there again.

The two rooms we had for 3 days. Neither one didn't have an exhaust fan in the bathrooms. The place smelled musty.

check in was slooow, I had an early check in for 2pm and I got to the desk at 155pm and after about 15 of waiting on the desk clerk to try and get 4 rooms together for 4 other people who didn't have reservations I asked how long I'd have to wait to check in for my early check in and she finally got me checked in... the room was spacious and clean, beds were comfy, only problems I found w the room was there was a hole beside the TV that had the cable box hanging in front of.could've been dangerous for small children.. and the remote buttons didn't work unless u pushed on them hard... the pool and hot tub were lovely, breakfast was great!

This hotel was ok from the outside, check in was easy but a bit long considering we couldn’t get in the front doors until the desk clerk let us in. Sign said at 10:00 pm the doors lock, we arrived at 6:00 pm, and the desk clerk had it locked for “safety” reasons. She was not sitting at the front desk, so we had to wait 5 minutes for her to walk by and let us in. I pre-paid for the room, but it still took us another 10 minutes for her to get us a key. When we got to the room it looked ok, very spacious; but once I went into the bathroom I was extremely disappointed. The floor was very dirty, had hairs and gunk on it. The bathtub also had hairs in it. The refrigerator had old yogurt in it, and the kitchen area floor was also very dirty. Definitely not impressed with the cleanliness of the room!!

We had a great stay. Everything was very clean and smelled great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Comfort in was a good stay--except that their internet was out. When I checked in there was a sign that said internet was only available in the lobby, so I thought OK. But when in the lobby there was no connection, that afternoon, nor that night. On the road, internet is important to have. I still have reservations to make. The staff was nice and understanding--but the Comfort Inn had was no internet.

The staff was wonderful to deal with. They were completely booked and appeared to be overworked and a little stressed. With full capacity they probably needed additional hands on deck and not all guests were easy to deal with (I witnessed a couple). We ran out of towels and wash rags, understandably it was hard for just a couple of workers to keep up with. No towels at the pool due to so many people. My room was clean enough, but the plumbing couldn't keep up with everyone in the hotel. Commodes wouldn't always flush, shower would only work on the absolute hottest setting. The bathroom had no ventilation, so that was a definite negative to be steamed out of your own shower. House keeping never showed up to take dirty towels or put new trash bags in, I did put trash out by the door so it would be collected, so it was quite obvious we needed some attention. I will say the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were SO soft! I absolutely loved those! The rooms were good size! It was nice not to be cramped in the room! It was a convenient location and easy to find. Parking was not the easiest due to the max capacity, not everyone parks in the lines! I always had a parking spot, just had to make a loop. It's not a bad place to stay. I do think a lot of the minor problems we had were circumstantial. I'd likely stay here again, but not sure I'd would be my first pick, either.
