Let me tell you what!! This hotel is HANDS DOWN the BEST hotel to chill at when in Tulsa. I had a special request and sent an email to the general manager, John-Michael Benardello, and he was so helpful and accommodating and he fulfilled that request promptly. Communication was on point and he was so kind. If ever in Tulsa and you want a break from the standard, boring, they all look alike, hotel experience, GO HERE. A thought just occurred to me....Hey John, why don't we get an OKC Thunder room onboard? Fitting, no? See you soon, and once again, thank you SO much for your personal attention. It says a lot about you, as a human, and that goes a long way in how you run that place!!! Peace brother. You're my current "hero".

The hotel was great, reception was quick and simple and parking was just behind the building. The rooms are great, very comfortable and boutique. There’s a lot of great things to see inside the hotel and it’s close a lot of good things on route 66.

A nicely restored hotel on Route 66 in Tulsa. We've stayed there twice on Route 66 trips. Both times we got the art deco themed room with a king bed and found it clean and comfortable. Room was spacious. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hallway a little dark (it is an old hotel) and lends a bit of a Twilight Zone experience which I actually found delightful. Neighborhood seems a little down on its luck but the hotel was just what we were looking for and we Ubered out to dinner,

Excellent stay! Excellent accommodations! Excellent staff! John Michael and Dakota are a credit to your hotel. Great time talking with both. Great customer service from both, something you just don't see anymore. Highly recommend if your in the Tulsa area.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and initial customer service. When I arrived, I found pillows on the bed that had clearly not been cleaned and appeared to have bodily fluids on them. I reported this to the front desk, but the staff member simply told me not to use them and didn’t seem concerned at all.
On the second night, I lost the TV remote and pulled back the covers to search for it—only to find sequins in the bed, indicating that the sheets had not been changed since the previous guest. I went back down to the front desk and spoke with a different staff member. After I showed her the photos of the pillows and explained the situation, she was just as disgusted as I was. She was very helpful and immediately assisted me in moving to another room.
While I’m grateful for the excellent help from the staff member on the second night, I’m extremely disappointed that the room was not properly cleaned in the first place and that my concerns were dismissed initially. I also wish management had followed up with me about the issue. Cleanliness and accountability are basic expectations for any hotel stay, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.
