Let’s start with the “free airport shuttle”. We landed in Tulsa and called for the shuttle and were informed that there was no shuttle unless you notified them in advance! So we had to pay an Uber. We requested an airport shuttle for the next morning and were told they would check with their manager and call us in our room. At 10:00 pm we called them. They said they would call us back. When they finally called back they told us there would be a shuttle the next day, so we requested one at 6:30 am and one at 10:00 am because my cousin and I were each heading home to different states. When my cousin checked at the front desk the next morning they frantically started calling around. Finally at 7:00 am, they ordered an Uber for her. When I went to the front desk at 9:45 am I was informed that they only allowed one shuttle ride per day per room. So I called an Uber! If you can’t avoid staying here and need a ride to the airport, just bypass the crazy front desk and call an Uber! Now for the breakfast: I went at 8:50 am expecting to take my breakfast to my room to eat it because breakfast ended at 9:00 am. Wrong! The breakfast was already out away except for three greasy pieces of sausage orange juice and oatmeal packets. I took what they had and had to choke down my breakfast in my room!
