There was serious ventilation issues. The entire place reeked of pool fumes and there was a lot of condensation. It was dirty. Things were broken. Not enough towels for our register # of guest. Uncomfortable beds. The list goes on.

To begin with I came in early regardless of check in time I was willing to pay for early check in and everything! The heavier set lady was very rude when walking in and greeting me very disrespectful for absolutely no reason! I asked the lady’s name for the experience because it was just awful and beyond disappointing especially knowing I’ve been a member for quite a while. Again, I’ve been a member for quite some time and never had to deal with someone so mouthy and rude just by asking her name due to my terrible experience, I understand she doesn’t want a terrible review but when you walk in and she’s the face of the company her excuse was it’s too early for this and I even mentioned if a lot is going on around you which it may seem I’ll be happy to leave. Still took it until I brought up her name due to my terrible experience. She made me feee VERY UNCOMFORTABLE especially being a member for so long and I was more than happy to leave due to the terrible front desk experience I had. Never had a problem until her disrespect on the behalf of the company name!

The aesthetics of the hotel scream "I have given up!" First, my room reeked of cigarette smoke. One of the drawers in my room had been broken and replaced by a different colored drawer of a different size that stuck out approximately 4 inches causing a safety hazard. In one of the stairways I noticed a broken window that had been pieced together with tape. In the lobby, some of the wall lettering decorations had fallen off and no one had taken the time to replace them. Tape remained on several areas within the building where painting had been done at some point, but the painter's tape not removed. Then, I turned on my TV shortly after arrival to find the screen was cracked & broken. When I turned this into the front desk shortly after my arrival, the clerk seemed unsure of what to do. I asked if he had any additional rooms & he did assign me to a new room. The new room had a heating and air conditioning system where the digital display was broken, so it was unusable and unable to adjust. Pawn checking out I asked the clerk if she would be willing to comp one of my three nights and she indicated she didn't have the authority to do that and stated the manager was out of town.

The parking lot was full of pot holes and garbage upon arrival. The entire property was in complete disrepair. Carpet through out was nasty and cover in paint splatter. The side entrance door was not in working/locking order. The fire detector was held on by electrical tape in the hallway. The pool area door was covered in rust. The only plus I can say was the staff was nice and friendly.

I didn't like the fact that the elevator was scary to rot on the pool. Water was code where you couldn't swim in it and it had no heat other than that. Oh, and the breakfast was not on time other than that. It wasn't too bad.It was all right, wasn't worth the money
