My flight was super delayed and trying to contact to inform later check-in,soo terrible. No one is answering the phone. And there was a day that suddenly fire alarm while asleep the alarm is located at wall over the headboard of the bed🤦♀️..
The breakfast was good and the room is clean.

DECENT STAY!
The wife and I were driving across the U.S. and got tired so she booked this hotel, opting to pay a bit more that the previous night (poor experience!). All was pretty decent. Shower was a bit iffy but for the money it was acceptable.

The staff and service were excellent! I had to leave early due to an emergency. The only negative I would have is the location. No supporting commercial facilities in proximity.

Manager is very unprofessional. Had her and her co worker ex boyfriend yelling in the lobby before walking out. Treats her employees like disposable tools. Ant raid in several rooms. Would not come here

Great staff but a weird smell
The staff was absolutely amazing. The only negative thing was the hotel had this really weird smell which permeated everything. The best way I can describe it was like a vanilla chemical smell. It wasn't enough that I had to leave but it was enough that I always noticed it.
