This Hotel has horrible staff & they threw me, my husband and our 8 year old son out after just paying for a week because they said I was flushing tampons down the toilet not only that they cost us in $200 of food & still R refusing to give us a refund

First, this hotel can be seen from the expressway. Once on the street, it disappears behind a large building. We drove up and down the street and could not see it. I pulled onto a side street and called the hotel. The person answering the phone said the hotel was visible from the street and got nasty when I told him it wasn’t. It was dark and raining. The driveway is not clearly identified and the is no signage to indicate the hotel is even there. Once we figured out where it was, I went inside to get a cart for the luggage. The hotel clerk would not let me into the hallway, nor would he bring it out to me. I had to go back outside to get the room key. There were not enough towels or washcloths in the room, and the television didn’t work. All in all, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was a horrible experience.

So peaceful I loved it I would stay again anytime Only thing missing was an ice machine. Rooms had kitchen . Everything worked . And I felt safe in the area. Also they didn’t Gabe me a problem that I had a temporary id due to just getting it and they send it and print I off a receipt one food for 30 days . I’m currently waiting for a refund from another hotel because they wouldn’t take it after I paid .

Very basic hotel the rooms have hard floors that can get dirty very quick. The rooms are clean and the bed is ok, nothing special. There are no bugs in this hotel and the rooms although are clean they don't come every day. The kitchenette was cool and the dishes they rent are fine. There's a Wal Mart pretty close so you can get food. I think the price is a bit much for a basic hotel like this. Otherwise it's very nice.

I booked this place for a few nights as I started working at a local hospital. The hotel is very dirty to put it mildly. The floors are sticky and the bedding was gross. Multiple colors of dog hair all over the blankets. Then the sheets had multiple ethnicities of human hair and dog hair all over. I stayed one night sleeping on a chair since I got to town so late and had to be at the hospital so early. I called to ask for a refund of the 2/3 nights that I did not stay and was just told “we don’t do refunds”. Just stay away, there are much cleaner and nicer places around for the same price.
