The room could’ve been cleaner, but the location was great. The hotel has a good restaurant and bar combination. Nothing too fancy, but very convenient. We’re actually staying again tonight as our business dealings have extended our stay in Tulsa.

I don’t think I have enough time or space to right this review. Usually, when people say that, it’s because the review is full of complaints. This one, however, is very different. It is full of praises and appreciation. During the Labor Day weekend, there were money canceled and delayed flights and ours was no different. Needless to say arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am which is past the check in time, so our room had already been canceled. As tired as we were, that is the last thing we wanted to hear but John took care of us even though there were no more of the room types we had reserved. He was calm, pleasant, understanding and answered all of our questions. I told him how much I appreciated him but need to say it publicly as well because we were running on empty. The next day, in an attempt to praise John, we met Mike, Brandi, & Amy who were just as wonderful. This is a great team you have working the front desk and they should be commended. There was a lot that they did but it’s too much to mention here. Just know that when you visit, you’re in good hands.
