Courtyard Tulsa Central

I called the hotel before making a reservation and spoke with Deborah, who was absolutely delightful. I understand why most reviews mention her name. We encountered some issues with our check-in and room last night. Admittedly, I was emotionally charged after spending the night in an emergency room and then driving 11 hours to reach the hotel. Having previously worked at a Westin, I’m familiar with hotel processes. Iris did an excellent job diffusing the situation and was incredibly kind and empathetic, despite not having caused the issue. Thank you, Iris, for your kindness. This morning, we met Alex, who was very sweet and sincerely apologetic. I witnessed him assisting a visually impaired guest at the bistro, calmly explaining her food options and narrating everything he was doing for her. It was truly impressive. The Bistro supervisor and Engineer were also welcoming, though I didn’t catch their names. They deserve recognition as well. Despite the issues with our room, I can honestly say that this hotel offers the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s clear that the team works cohesively and managed to recover our experience expertly.

Very standard Courtyard by Marriott. If you have business nearby, it's a decent hotel. I have no complaints, but also no great compliments. I would stay here again for one or two nights, but not for 3+ nights. Breakfast was not included for platinum or titanium members, so be aware.

Centrally located, convenient to sites, roads, restaurants and the airport. Rooms were nice. Plenty of parking. They said they offered breakfast but it turned out they did not. That was unfortunate. Besides that, I would recommend this place for a stay in Tulsa.

Deb was so nice and so professional. She always makes a stay here a great experience! They seem to also care about the security of guests more than other properties I go to and have lot security as well even though the area is not a bad area. Landscaping is really nice as well!

Overall we believe we would stay here again. We did have an issue with our room that Alex promptly tool care of. As others have stated Deborah who works the PM shift is extremely pleasant and helpful. Meech at the bar was also very professional, helpful and served great drinks. Location is very convenient and was only 10 min from downtown and everywhere we went. Plenty of free parking and a large outdoor seating area in the back.

I’ve stayed at various classes of hotel from Hilton to the Four Seasons and the customer service at this hotel was top notch. I landed early in the morning and sent an email request for early check in, they not only allowed it but they responded to my request the same day. Rebecca checked me in and she and Alex assisted me the first day. Deborah and Alex assisted me in the second day and Deborah checked me out. All three ladies were exceptional. Deborah went over and beyond each time she assisted me. Rebecca could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful. The young man at the bar during the afternoon on 8/18 was great as well. I gave 4 starts only because of the hotel’s location. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking the vicinity around the hotel. Also, while my room was clean, the age of the hotel is showing. Also, the hotel just felt perpetually HOT all the time. We had a bit of difficulty regulating the temperature in our room. The a/c worked great but it was either too hot in our room or freezing.. depending on the time of day. But the hotel itself is quiet and again, the staff was exceptional.

Very pretty hotel. The receptionist was hospitable upon arrival & helped us open our room door (you had to lean in a bit so door would open). The room was spatious & decorated nicely including a modern designed couch to sit on. The lobby had a bar (which also served breakfast items in morning) which was open til 10pm which was very convenient for grabbing a glass of wine or beer in evening. On our first night we sat outdoors on the couch near the fire pit drinking wine & relaxing. Perfect ambiance!

Great staff and nice hotel. room was clean, comfortable and well stocked but unfortunately my room faced the interstate and so it was noisy. the hotel is in a nice location and easy to get to the airport. only real complaint is this morning when i went to checkout at 5:30 am there were no staff to be found at the front desk, i waited about 5 minutes, asked "hello" multiple times and there was no sign saying when they would be back. my guess to be honest since the office door was shut that they were in there sleeping.

My daughter, grandson and I stayed at this Courtyard on Saturday, June 17th. That is the night the Tulsa tornado occurred. We received the tornado alerts on our phone and called down to the Front Desk. Marcus, the young man at the Front Desk told us we were welcome to come downstairs but all looked ok at the time. We decided to go downstairs and as soon as we got down, the electricity went off. Marcus went into action and started knocking on everyone's doors to come downstairs. He told us all where we should "shelter". After the storm subsided somewhat, Marcus offered everyone water or soda. He also took those who forgot to bring their key with them back to their rooms to let them in. The electricity never came back on but we were comfortable and slept a couple of hours before we had to leave. Marcus was very professional but personable with all the guests. He was calm in the situation. There was also a security guard whose name I did not get. He was also very helpful. You go to some hotels and the staff can have an "I don't care" attitude but these two guys were fantastic! I hope they both get recognition for their excellent service to all the guests!!
