I called the hotel before making a reservation and spoke with Deborah, who was absolutely delightful. I understand why most reviews mention her name. We encountered some issues with our check-in and room last night. Admittedly, I was emotionally charged after spending the night in an emergency room and then driving 11 hours to reach the hotel. Having previously worked at a Westin, I’m familiar with hotel processes. Iris did an excellent job diffusing the situation and was incredibly kind and empathetic, despite not having caused the issue. Thank you, Iris, for your kindness. This morning, we met Alex, who was very sweet and sincerely apologetic. I witnessed him assisting a visually impaired guest at the bistro, calmly explaining her food options and narrating everything he was doing for her. It was truly impressive. The Bistro supervisor and Engineer were also welcoming, though I didn’t catch their names. They deserve recognition as well. Despite the issues with our room, I can honestly say that this hotel offers the best customer service I’ve encountered. It’s clear that the team works cohesively and managed to recover our experience expertly.
