You can access the outdoor deck from the kitchen or the bar area. Kitchen is open to the dining room and living room with a framed TV and fireplace. Home features flat screen TV’s in the master bedroom, living room and outdoor area with fast Wi-Fi, everything you need for work and play! Adult and kid friendly home. Close to Utica Square for great shopping and dining experiences. Also nearby is the Gathering Place, where you can spend the day meandering through the natural beauty, visit museums and enjoy all kins of culinary delights! The pool can be heated during the colder months(Sep-May) to 83-85 degrees Fahrenheit, upon a 24-48 hour request, for an additional fee of $100.00 per night, please message if you would like this! We do not heat the pool if the air temperature is below 55 degrees. * Please be advised that the hot tub and the pool cannot be heated at the same time; only one can be heated at a time. Pool: Please swim at your own risk. The deep end of the pool is approximately 6 feet deep. For your safety no diving is allowed. There is no lifeguard present. A guardian must be always present at all times when kids are in/nearby the pool. There is a pool fence and pool may be accessed through the gates only.
