Hampton Inn and Suites Tulsa Downtown

A pretty fair location. A bit disturbing the front doors are locked and you need a key to get in. First room I was given the A/C didn't function. Parking is expensive and first come first served with too few spots. The Maintenance seems to have been done by an inexperienced handyman. The TV required a visit from an employee to make it work. Took 2 controllers to do it.... one for the channels and one for the volume. I had to move a desk to plug in an electrical outlet with an outlet on the desk. The room was clean. I believe there are other options available that might be better.

Excellent choice if your destination is the BOK center. Super close walk to the BOK, and has several restaurants and bars nearby.

It’s a great walk to BOK, but the thermostat was broken with a note, the blinds didn’t work right, and the room wasn’t as clean as previous stays

Great location but needs a lot of improvement The mattress was the worst I've ever slept on at any hotel. There was an opened coffee left by the coffee pot that wasn't thrown away. The view on the corner with two windows was great. Location to BoK was why we stayed here. Digital key does not work for elevator so you need a card. Staff was nice. Breakfast was decent.

Other than having to request large towels, everything was good.

Excellent I got in very early and was greeted by Alandra; she was so sweet and so nice. She checked me in early and was such a pleasure to talk to and she was very efficient and professional.
