The place was fine and they were upgrading the rooms very nice... but on a Saturday the construction people woke me up by working at 7am then worked all day until 8pm... it was terrible

I chose this hotel because of the outdoor swimming pool. When I came there was no pool. Pool was already closed with dirty rainy water inside. Big disappointment.

Dispute
When I checked in yesterday they said your credit card was declined. I had to pay again for my room. I will be disputing your charge on my credit card.

just your normal hotel
For the most part is was just a normal hotel room, it was clean and had good breakfast.
But the last night the AC went out we woke up to 75 degree muggy room but we was leaving so we got ready and left. I told the front desk about the issue and she did not seem concern didnt offer anything just said i will let them know.

This was a pretty poor experience. Despite calling ahead that I would be checking in early, the staff had marked me as a no show, then when I did check in, they gave me a room with no AC on a floor under construction. The room had not been cleaned and had the trash of the previous tenant. In addition, the fitness center had a nonfunctional treadmill. The staff was unhelpful to fix any of these concerns.
