We had a team of 7 adults and children and the stay here was excellent. The staff provided us with great hospitality and the breakfast was very delicious. The rooms were very clean and they had great heating and cooling for the room. We would definitely recommend a stay at this Best Western Tula hotel.

Es un buen hotel pero deben tener una estrategia cuando no hay sistema me toco una espera de 38 minutos llegamos muy cansados de un viaje de 5 horas y lo q quiere uno es descanso se veian los recepcionistas extresados me gusta sus amplio estacionamiento y la cercania del oxxo las recepcionistas muy atentos despues de solucionar el registro se ve el hotel seguro se antoja caminar por los alrededores yo se q esta fuera del alcanse de ustedes pero a veces se puede percibir el olor de la conraminacion de la refineria sobre todo en dias nublados
