В Туле проблема с отелями и соотношением цена-качество. Но наверно это лучший вариант. Начитались плохих отзывов и правильно что не послушали их. Придраться можно ко всему, это не 4 звезды, да. Но видимо плохие отзывов от номеров в другом корпусе. Мы жили в основном здании, никакого шума только тихие вежливые горничные.Чистое бельё и полотенца. Чистоту поддерживают, мне есть с чем сравнить. И кстати, хороший завтрак. Мы не ожидали от завтрака с яйцом и сосиской вообще ничего- честно говоря, даже не планировали его есть (приносят в номер) но очень аппетитные запахи изменили мнение. Положили джем и блинчики, яичницу с сосиской и немного овощей, из приятных мелочей - свежая мята для чая. Блины вкуснейшие. По ошибке агрегатора (не отеля) произошла накладка с заселением, но директор помогла выйти из ситуации, за что им огромный плюс в сервисность!

Нужен был отдых/ночлег в дороге. Сочетание цена/расположение получилось оптимальное. Выбор номера сделали на самом бюджетном варианте (удобства на этаже). Номер кажется большим из-за огромного зеркала. На столе есть пара стаканов, а на этаже куллер и микроволновка. В номере: по большому полотенцу, шампунь, гель для душа и мыло (в саше), одноразовые тапочки, WiFi, много розеток, теоретически д.б. телевизор, но его не было. Завтрак нужно выбрать накануне из 3х вариантов, утром в согласованное время ждет на ресепшен, вкусно и достаточно, но чай нужно иметь свой (рядом Пятерочка). Т.к.мы очень устали, то отсутствие звукоизоляции и супержесткая кровать не помешали уснуть

Приезжали в Тулу на майские праздники. Номер понравился, у нас был большой семейный на двоих. В номере светло и чисто. Есть телевизор, вайфай. На завтрак блюда можно выбрать из нескольких вариантов. Кашку, макароны или салатик.. на любой вкус

На самом деле всё неплохо за такую цену, если смотреть центрее и приличнее, всё в 2 раза дороже. Лифта нет, но самый высокий этаж 4й и лестница удобная, персонал приветливый, в номере сломался кондиционер, но поставили вместо него мощный вентилятор, завтрак скромный, но вкусный, на выбор предложили 2 варианта и принесли в номер в удобное время, в номере был мини-холодильник, чайник, чашки, приборы, банные принадлежности, телевизор(но мы не включали). Чистенько, но могло быть и лучше, мне не понравился запах, видимо из-за ковролина, как в машине. Расположение - 10 мин до ЦПКиО пешком. Горячо советовать не стала бы, но переночевать пару дней нормально.

Крайне не советую отель. Лифтов нет, грязная не промытая душевая с грибком, пружины из кровати, которые вылезают и впиваются, далеко от центра и пешком точно не дойдёшь, вид на ковши и парники. Так ещё и ночной клуб из окна слышен, полностью заводился и газовал мотоцикл. Даже на 1 ночь не советую.
