位置絕佳，就在圖拉是市中心廣場，旁邊就有教堂和當地景點和步行街，著名的軍火博物館也在附近。房間不錯，比莫斯科大多了。

Как помещение гостиница хорошая. Но будьте готовы к сюрпризам. Когда заказывали номер, было указано, что есть бесплатная парковка. По приезде увидели на ресепшене объявление, что они передумали, и теперь парковка 1500 р. в сутки. Или где-то рядом за 1200. Причём ведь могли предупредить, все контакты у них были. Написал им и на сайте, и на почту, чтобы тем, кто уже забронировал, оставили бесплатно. Ответов не было никаких. Вообще! Включенный завтрак тоже с сюрпризами. Готовят по минимуму. Если придёшь не к началу, то будешь есть то, что осталось. Даже если в кофемашине закончится молоко, то всё. То есть максимум выгоды и комфорта для себя, а не для гостей.

Некомпетентный персонал, совершенно не клиент ориентированный. У девушек на ресепшн при каждом обращении транслировалась эмоция недовольства. При заселении оказалось, что в номере для одного из коллег уже проживают, предложили двум коллегам мужского пола заселиться в номер с одной кроватью. При запросе как-то повлиять на ситуацию предложили доп. одеяло))И уже после отклонения данного предложения расселили по разными номерам, как планировалось изначально. В документах закрывающих были допущены ошибки. Отдавала своим деликатные вещи в прачечную, изначально поинтересовалась, есть ли опыт работы с такими изделиями - подтвердили однозначно. Отпарить не смогли качественно. Доски для глажки в спец. комнатах сломаны, утюги не греют. Из плюсов данной гостиницы только расположение. Но опять же в радиусе пешей доступности есть и другие отели. Три с минусом..

Впечатление не очень приятное. На ресепшене нас встретила девушка. Не поздоровалась,не представилась, со стула не встала,мы выдели лишь макушку девушки, также смотрела с осуждением. это субъективное мнение, но я сама работаю в сфере гостиничного сервиса и понимаю, что такого не должно быть Мы просили номер с ванной, а в итоге нам дали номер с душем. В туалете мусорное ведро без пакета так еще и с подарком в виде испачканной салфетки. На полу на ковре пятна неизвестного происхождения Но что нас добило-это БАНКА МАЛЯРНОЙ КРАСКИ, СТОЯЩАЯ НА ТУМБОЧКЕ.Стены пошарпаные. В туалете присутствует резкий запах мочи, от которого режет глаза по ощущениям четырёхдневной или более давности. Технически номер не продуман: розетка находится только с одной стороны Двухспальной кровати, отсутствует дверь между комнатой и прихожей. По этой причине крайне низкая шумоизоляция. Ковры не пропылесошены- присутствует пыль, грязь. Стекла помечены отпечатками пальцев. Номер не подготовлен к заселению

Всё понравилось. Чисто, сделали антену в телевизоре без проблем. Горничная недовольная, видимо уставшая. Принесли по запросу чайный прибор, без чая и сахара, для доп персоны, хотя оплатили. Вид красивый на площадь. Ресторан красивый, чудесный вид на кремль. Лифт стеклянный есть, ездили с 5 этажа, очень красиво. Бассейн, сауна платные, но тоже всё комфортно. Спасибо за проведенный отдых.

Самое лучшее местоположение,чистота,на этом всё хорошее заканчивается.Персонал на ресепшен совершенно незнаком с гостиничным этикетом ,равнодушен и не гостеприимен.Кулер неисправен,горячей воды нет.Занавески в номере грязные.Ковролин в номере хорошо вычищен,но это же прошлый век.Ни о какой четвёрке не может быть и речи.Звукоизоляции нет,шумно очень.Пожелание руководству- обучить персонал гостиничном этикету!

Плюсы: 1. Расположение 2. Простая, но хорошая еда Минусы: 1. Рецепция безответственная 2. Несоразмерное отношение цены/качества 3. Безразличие руководства Итог: рекомендация только переночевать семьёй 1-2 ночи. Со второго дня пойдут только негативные эмоции. p.s. - чашки и чайные пакетики в номере есть, а чайника нету. Бойлер в коридоре постоянно пустой.
