брали полу-люкс, 8000 сутки на завтраках, этих денег он не стоит.. в номере было холодно, постоянно включали кондиционер на обогрев, а он очень сушил воздух. сильная слышимость! слышали каждое слово соседей... были с ребёнком-кроватки для детей не предоставляют... на завтраках очень грубая официантка! что ни спросишь всё сквозь зубы! на второй завтрак я даже не пошла. завтрак по порциям, если хотите ещё одну чашечку Кофе-платите!! первый раз такое вижу. за 8000 это просто недопустимо! отель не стоит этих дннег

Отель внутри бизнес-центра. Слышимость очень хорошая. Если стучат к соседям, кажется, что стучат к вам. На этажах не было кулеров или пурифаеров для воды. В номере был чайник, по бутылке 0,5 воды для каждого человека и чай в пакетиках. Сам номер не очень чистый. Окна так и вовсе грязные, видимо, с зимы еще не мыли. Москитных сеток не было, а комары были. В том числе убитые прямо на стене предыдущими постояльцами. Уюта это не добавляет. Номер можно бронировать без завтрака, тем более что в Туле много мест, где можно поесть вкусно. По отзывам соседей, завтраки не очень. Полотенца чистые. Гель для душа, мыло и одноразовые тапки - да, есть в номере. Утюг можно взять на ресепшен. У нас под окном номера была крыша, видимо, бизнес-центра. Вид в целом не плохой. Тихо, тк не на улицу.

Из плюсов - расположение. Из минусов: - грязная сантехника - маленькая кровать (1,5 спальная), как и одеяло, в двухместном номере - оторванные обои - ужасный запах - разводы на всех поверхностях - отсутствие шумоизоляции - пауки!!! Цена на выходные составила 4500 за номер стандарт. Гостиница заявлена как 3*. Не советую останавливаться! Фото прилагаются
