El personal en recepción es malo y centavero. Te quieren cobrar por todo como si fuera el gran hotel. Me cobraron $20 USD por llegar solo 1 hora antes de la hora del check-in y por guardar mis maletas un par de horas despues del check-out. Además que no hacen limpieza en los cuartos.

We were traveling to Mexico and had a late arrival to Seattle but an early flight out. The check out process was easy, and Jonah at the front desk was so kind, communicative, and is just really great at his job. My husband forgot his tooth brush and toothpaste, and Jonah made sure he didn’t go without. This hotel also had the best ( most comfortable) beds we have ever experienced in our lives. It’s sad to say, but I would almost ask them what type of bed they have so when we upgrade ours at home- we buy the same.

If you're thinking of booking a room, don't bother. I booked a week in advance only to be told with a shrug that my room wasn't available. Instead of apologizing, the woman behind the counter played victim. We settled for a smaller room, and when we got to the room, the room was dirty and the toilet was full of bright yellow piss. We didn't stay more than a few hours and checked out without staying the night - still charged for the full price though. I think Ramada by Wyndham must be buying good reviews because you'd have a better stay in the airport parking lot.

A clean comfortable room for very good price. Lots of parking. If you want accommodation for a night near the airport while in transit, this is the place to stay. Writing this review after nearly 10 months, one still has a warm feeling about the place.

Worse place to stay, rude people ,dirty bathrooms, waited 45 minutes at the airport to be picked up by shuttle after calling three times and got yelled at by the from desk lady. Shuttle driver unprofessional, throwing suitcases on the back of the van.
