The hotel has a nice ambience, friendly reception team and nice rooms. There is a nice bar which also has snacks. The bedrooms are comfortable and a great size - it’s outside of Tui so the receptionist had to be used to get one of only 3 taxis in the town.

Un hotel bien situado para visitar la zona de Vigo, Baiona, A Guardia y la zona próxima de Portugal. Tiene aparcamiento interior de pago y gratuito fuera, casi a pie de puerta de hotel. Buenas zonas comunes en exteriores con jardines y una "piscina" muy pequeña. Los espacios comunes interiores son amplios. Por la mañana da el sol al frente del hotel y por la tarde por la parte de atrás habiendo habitaciones con terraza en la parte central a patio interior. El hotel ha sido reformado aunque conserva la identidad de otros tiempos. Baño equipado con lo básico, sin amenities, muy poco iluminado, lavabos pequeños de inox sobre encimera de granito, un simple espejo pegado a la pared, aire acondicionado relativamente ruidoso, etc. Como aspecto positivo el hotel tranquilo, el personal amable, las habitaciones amplias y un restaurante externo al hotel en la planta más baja que no está mal. El desayuno buffet aceptable.

Trato muy agradable, Habitación, muy espaciosa y muy limpia. Tienen piscina, pequeña, pero muy agradable y te dan toallas en la recepción. Ideal para hacer el Xamino De Santiago. Incluso te acercan a Tuy para comenzar desde allí el camino.

Me dan la habitación 310 en la última planta en un día con una temperatura máxima de 25 grados. Cuando entro en la habitación hay más de 30 grados. Activo el aire acondicionado y sale aire caliente a chorro. Bajo a recepción y me dicen que el sistema general de aíre acondicionado del hotel está en proceso de reparación. Que ya lo siente !! Y no me dan ninguna alternativa ni mejora alguna . No volveré nunca a este hotel. Llevo más de 20 años utilizando hoteles por motivos laborales y está gestión ineficiente que acabo de vivir no merece ningún reconocimiento sino todo lo contrario.

Estuve allí tres semanas por trabajo y la verdad que me gusto mucho el hotel. La cama si te toca de matrimonio esta muy bien, si te toca indiviso, como me paso la última semana, es muy pequeña. Esto me ocurrió aunque yo había reservado cama doble, cuando la vi la habitación baje para ver si me la podían cambiar ya que no era lo que había reservado, me dijeron que estaban completos a partir del miércoles y yo llegue un lunes, podría habérmela cambiado pero no quiso, que esto fue mentira porque no vi a gente. Aun así el hotel calidad/precio está bien. El desayuno es un poco escaso y después de tres semanas te acabas cansando porque no hay mucha variedad.

Cómo siempre es un acierto alojarse aquí, cuando estamos por la zona solemos hacerlo y así aprovechamos las cajas regalo que aceptan, limpieza bien, instalaciones buenas y sobre todo el personal muy amable. La habitación está bien equipada, es amplia y muy cómoda, el desayuno estilo buffet más que aceptable y facilidad de aparcar y llegar con salida directa desde la AP-9.
