The Leo Kent Hotel, Tucson, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This is a beautiful, high-end hotel with excellent service across the board. The staff were very friendly, room service was prompt, and the valet was professional and efficient. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting Tucson. A special thank you to Sorel at the front desk—she was incredibly helpful and welcoming. One of the best front desk experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Great stay at the Leo Kent Hotel in Tucson. The check-in process was friendly, smooth, and professional, and I was welcomed with a suite upgrade and a box of Macarons to acknowledge my Marriott Bonvoy membership! My suite was very comfortable and well-appointed. Arianna at the bar made fantastic drinks, welcome at the end of a couple of challenging days visiting my sister in the hospital. The Leo Kent was a welcoming respite during my stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The Hotel itself looked amazing, it was very clean and the room was very spacious (King Elevated). They had some technical internet issues so I could not stream Netflix on the TV for 1½ hours. I called the front desk and for the inconvenience they gave me a 25$ voucher for the bar so I could drink a fancy cocktail and a beer. What a nice move!! After that the streaming worked. Also, the Ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing! They were kind, helpful, efficient and even complimented my outfit. Vanessa - helped me get a late check out (I even called at 1am) and was so nice and helpful to me! Jasmine and Estefany did my check out and they asked about my wellbeing, offered me waterbottles, chatted with me about my trip I was taking and complimented my outfit. Look, I know this might be just chatting and making sure that the guest will book this hotel again. But it didn't felt like that. It feld genuine and like it wasn't about making money but more like they wanted me to have a nice vacation and a wonderful stay at the hotel. Those are nice people and as an employer I would make sure that they would never leave the company. Amazing! Thank you Vanessa, Jasmine and Estefany for making my stay special. I'm looking forward to my next stay in this hotel!

If staying in Tucson I would highly recommend Leo Kent. From the moment I arrived, the experience was top notch. Ethan at the valet, treated me like a friend, and it was not fake, truly a kind person and so willing to help. The ladies at the front desk also were second to none with how attentive, helpful, and friendly they were. The room was well-appointed and comfortable. Plus, the workout facility is gym quality - large with plenty of new equipment. I wish more hotels had a staff’s that were this great! Next trip in no question where I will stay.

The Leo Kent is a beautiful luxury hotel. Everything about this hotel is upscale & luxurious; lobby, restaurant bar area & rooms. Super comfortable beds, beautiful decor, immaculate & spotless. The location is prime, very safe & walkable, close to many restaurants. SARAI @ check-in was beyond excellent!!.. Sweet, kind & most accommodating. My wife had just lost her sister which I mentioned to Sarai earlier by phone when inquiring about our reservation. A bit after check-in we received a bottle of wine & a condolence message. Sarai is a very special person & the Leo Kent is a very special hotel! Thanks, LoRusso
