Beautiful hotel and gorgeous pools! It’s a must stay in the Tucson area.

What a stunning resort!!! Amazing service from everyone who works there. I totally recommend!! Take a nature walk or use the pool. Quiet with a great pool for the kids or golf course. We had a nice business meeting at the site and enjoyed our time here.

I had breakfast at the restaurant with the lovely Magda as my waitress. She was very friendly & offered me good conversation. She also wore beautiful earrings daily. I really recommend having breakfast outside with the view if you can stand the heat.

We highly recommend Westin La Paloma for a family vacation! It is obvious that they’re focused on making a wonderful guest experience! The newly renovated restaurants are exceptional-weekend brunch and dinner in the main and Latin restaurants were amazing! Outside activities were fun-pool, waterslide, walking paths, stargazing experience. Golfers in our group were beyond impressed with the quality of the course. Rooms are very nice and comfortable! Very clean facility with beautiful grounds and mountain views. We were extremely impressed with the customer service in all areas-especially want to acknowledge Remy and Gia in the cafe, Brian at the front desk, Dominic and Valerie in the restaurant. Thanks to everyone for helping us make special family memories!

Beautiful resort with incredible grounds and pool area. Rooms are a little dated and dark, but comfortable and clean. Remy and Margo at the Cafe were incredible, as was everyone on the staff. The lobby will be amazing after the ongoing remodel is complete. No noise issues in the rooms as that is all in the lobby area.

Gianna and salah were so amazing and helpful! I will sure to be back! They were so nice and patient. Warm and welcome. The resort was beautiful with like 6 pools! A swim up bar dude! In Tucson! Everyone has to go. Oh I forgot to mention the mineral waterfall and huge slide! Woof! It was amazing . Thank you goodwill for my stay!

Our family wanted to find a kid friendly resort for the weekend of 4th of July and we decided to stay at the Westin La Paloma, let me tell you it was a choice we do not regret. From the fun pools, even the water slide (our kids couldn't get enough of) to the room service everything was exceptional. So exceptional I took the time to write down each person that helped me above and beyond, the list isn't short haha. I want to start with saying thank you to Michelle Inch who greeted us at the front desk with the greatest smile and such a warm personality, it really made it exciting even from the very beginning to check in. She booked us time at the spa and helped arrange childcare at the Kids Club (huge perk for families btw!) so we could enjoy some kid free time as well during out vacation. On our first day we were figuring out where to go for the 4th of July buffet and Caitlyn Melendez was outdoors coordinating everything and was super helpful for us to get our table set and our family very well fed. The food was delicious, so good we got second plates and extra dessert! The fireworks were breathtaking as well and the view was superb, our kids got to do some fun activities that came with the stay like face painting, the 360 Photo Booth, and they had even done a pool competition for cannonballs! The other three days we were there we enjoyed being poolside in the cabana, which is soooo well stocked with water, loved the fan, and all the helpful servers walking around was such a huge plus. We had amazing food poolside and my kids were in love with the milkshakes they had! When it came to ordering room service let me tell you breakfast was AMAZING, I had the best avocado toast from Azul I have ever had. So good I ordered it twice haha. I also loved our balcony view, being able to see the mountains, the pool, and be so close to all the amenities was amazing. During our spa stay I had the great pleasure of having Melanie do my package The Stress Melter and omg when I say you need to book this, I mean like yesterday. It was incredibly relaxing and luxurious (get the rose oil, you'll thank me later), I loved that it had an outdoor patio to relax, hot tub, sauna, and steam room as well. After my time with Melanie I got to meet Tanya for my manicure, her personality and skill was just to die for. She made me relaxed while laughing, she definitely is an infectious person! Our last morning there we did the morning intentions and the sound bowl during the meditation and affirmations was stunning. I even had such a personal moment I got to have a conversation with Leila and it led to us realizing everything was in such alignment we were meant to meet. All in all, this resort offers everything I needed plus its kid-friendly. Which is very hard to find in a luxury resort, trust us we've looked all over. I love that Tucson offers this and we absolutely will be back.

Our room was clean, very nice accommodations. The pool area was awesome. The golf course was extremely nice. Jessica was our poolside beverage server. She was so kind, attentive and fun to visit with. Dominic was our waiter in the Azul restaurant. He was attentive, professional, and friendly. Great trip!

I really enjoyed my stay here at La Paloma! I’m so glad the weather permitted pool days every day of our stay. David B at the pool was so wonderful and gave us lots of great food, drink, and entertainment recommendations. I enjoyed morning meditation over by the gym with Leila. I also enjoyed a day at the spa! I had a wonderful massage by Melanie. I had a wonderful booking, check in, and check out process with Sarah and Haylee, and I was also greeted by Lola the spa manager during my visit. I also adore the new coffee bar area with the outdoor seating overlooking the pool! I will absolutely be booking La Paloma for my next trip in December! See y’all soon!

I attended a conference at the resort, which is stunning, along with its restaurant and fitness center. One thing that truly impressed me was the assistance we received while preparing for our exhibit. Our packages were mistakenly delivered by UPS to a nearby condo instead of the resort. The head of shopping and security, a young man named Al or Alex, was incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to locate our ten packages, retrieved them from the condo, and delivered them to our booth. It was these small gestures that made a big difference, allowing me to overlook my room issues and appreciate Al’s dedication to ensuring we had a great experience with our attendees.

It was a brief stay but very relaxing. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms clean and comfortable. The golf course was a beast and when we played it was cart path only. The course is very hilly and the temps were in the upper 90’s. It was really too much for us but I can hardly hold the hotel responsible for that since the hotel doesn’t own the club.

The resort is absolutely stunning - from the rooms to the views, the food and especially the drinks. Blake, the bartender at the Casa 71 tequila lounge was the highlight of our trip - we went down an amazing mezcal tasting journey together and he went above and beyond when making our drinks off menu. Go by the lounge and request the Pink Dragon drink if you’re a fan of mezcal and prickly pear, we created the drink together!

Huge shoutout to Remy in the front lounge cafe and gift shop! I initially went in for a souvenir magnet. And, although they didn't have any at the time (order hadn't come in yet), her kindness, helpfulness, and positivity made my stay so much more pleasant! Thanks, Remy!

Great visit. New bar set up with the views and huge screen TV for football was enjoyed. The new chef has such yummy food choices. We really enjoyed the view, the food, and great service!!! The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Dinner was great!! New salsa needs to be jarred and sold. New coffee bar was so nice and good We enjoyed sitting off the patio in the morning watching the sunrise, beautiful.
