What an amazing historic inn located in Tucson, AZ! As a Tucson local, I decided to have a staycation for my partner's birthday. I had walked by The Blenman Inn many times but didn’t know much about it. We decided to book the Nichole Elizabeth Luxury Suite for a Friday night and later added an extra night, which was totally worth it. The Inn offers convenient and safe parking, with an easy check-in process. Interaction with the owners was fast and seamless. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We found a lovely present waiting in our room upon arrival. The inn is beautifully decorated, with lots of history attached to the property. Its location is perfect, situated downtown right next to the Owl's Club—a very unique bar housed in an old mortuary—and a short walk to downtown restaurants, cafes, bars, and theaters. The property boasts many amenities such as a pool/hot tub, grill, and a full kitchen in case you want to cook during your stay. There is an on-site caretaker who is extremely nice and fun to interact with. The inn also offers a nice selection of bar items, complimentary drinks, teas, and coffee. Breakfast items are set up awaiting you in the morning when you wake up. I will definitely be staying here again soon and recommend booking early as they tend to be fully booked in the fall and spring.

I travelled a lot for business. I have stayed in many different hotels , this one surpasses all of them . They make you feel home. I believe Making money is not really their primary concern otherwise they could have charged for parking . It is a place you will never forget in your life.

Blenman is a comfortable Inn, conveniently located near downtown, with friendly staff who do everything to make guests feel comfortable. Rooms are well appointed, parking nearby is available and free, and a fine continental breakfast is served.

What a wonderful experience. This historic B&B has lots of charm. The owner Margo and her Husband really put a lot of effort into making our stay wonderful. The location is on a quiet street, walking distance from Tucson’s downtown. We will definitely stay there again and again.

A friend booked us two nights for our honeymoon and we had the most magnificent time at the Blenman Inn. Historic, charming, centrally located and a totally relaxing experience. We loved how cozy it was, felt taken care off by staff and it was the perfect place to explore Tucson from. We couldn’t recommend it more!

When we travel we tend to seek out the intimacy and comfort of inns rather than the ubiquitous hotel chains. Our stay at The Blenman was memorable on many levels and we strongly recommend it to those who want to feel more at home when they're away. The inn itself and the grounds were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with period decor consistent with its listing on the National Registry of Historic places. Absolutely everything a traveler could want while away from home was available, and the staff made it clear that their highest priority was guests' comfort. We especially appreciated the climate-control system; despite the searing Tucson sunshine, the temperature and circulation in our room was perfect and easily controlled. Visually, the Blenman is stunning. Occupying a city lot footprint, the inn nonetheless offers a pool patio with plenty of room to relax in privacy and enjoy coffee or happy hour accompanied by trickling water and twinkling lights. The neighborhood is a couple block off the main drag, the street is quiet, and we felt no qualms exploring the area on foot on a weeknight. A quirky little bar next door was the perfect nightcap getaway. We had never been to Tucson before, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Charming urban neighborhoods, nice people, creativity all around. We felt an abundance of inclusivity and strong sense of community, and can understand why people find themselves there and never want to leave. We were so impressed with The Blenman and would absolutely recommend visiting the nice people there.

I love B&Bs and this one, formally known as the Royal Elizabeth, has been my top choice for a Bed & Breakfast when planning a quick trip to Tucson. I'd not done such a trip since before Covid so admittedly it had been some time prior to my return here. Much was the same, as I selected the Rose Room - the very same one I'd stayed in during my first visit when I traveled alone; my husband had joined me in one of the larger rooms on a subsequent stay. We opted for the Rose Room for this one night and were pleased to see there is now access to an outdoor patio area complete with a lounge chair, umbrella and two chairs which we made use of for reading for a short time, however, I'd suggest bringing bug deterrent of some sort for these warmer months as we did get a bitten up. Other changes, which I believe were made prior to the current ownership but since our last stay, is there is no longer a general den type area towards the back of the house off the kitchen which we enjoyed for gathering, reading and game playing - and there is no longer a full breakfast as one generally associates with a bed and breakfast. Rather, there is apparently a voucher system of some sort (I read about this, it wasn't explained on check-in, I suppose because we said we'd been prior guests) vs. a continental spread which we opted for. That consists of yogurt parfaits that appeared to be freshly made with assorted fruit, store bought croissants and coffee to be brewed by guests via Keurig-type coffee maker. As I do like the B&Bs, mostly due to the opportunity to get to know other guests during breakfast when sampling the delicacies prepared by the hosts, I missed that experience here. Otherwise, the location is ideal if attending a conference nearby or, as we had, an event at the arena which is a convenient 2 block walk away. It's a car drive from the university and most other areas of interest within the Tucson, however, complementary parking is provided at a lot adjacent to the Inn.

We had a wonderful stay at the Blenman Inn. It is a lovely Inn with wonderful furnishings from the time of the original inn. The innkeepers were exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful with tips of what to do and where to eat in Tucson. There were plentiful and varied snacks and drinks at our disposal. The continental breakfast was very good and was more than enough food for us. They are dog friendly which was great for us - our dogs were very happy staying at the Blenman Inn ( and consequently so were we)!! I would definitely recommend staying at the Inn!!
