Good part - the front desk person when we checked in was very welcoming, friendly and lively! Even when we spent some time in the lobby late in evening, he was a very good company to spend time with.
Not so good part - the shower in the bathroom was absolutely useless! There was no water pressure and the water was just a trickle. Not anywhere near normal expectations.

Good place to stay. Nice rooms, good breakfast, nice pool and other accommodations. Rained while I was there so I had the chance to experience the "desert rain" smell which was amazing.

The hotel smelled and looked clean. Very friendly staff. A bit of a shady area, but I felt like that was the case with most places in Tucson, AZ. Breakfast was decent with a wide variety of foods and even yummy salsa that tasted authentically Mexican.

We chose this Hyatt Place for its close proximity to the highway and a business we needed to visit in the morning. We were so pleasantly surprised in the cleanliness and quality of service and accommodations. We had plenty of towels and washcloths (something a lot of hotels skimp on these days) and a hot, complimentary breakfast with custom touches that we don't often receive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

AC units are very loud in the rooms and make it difficult to sleep. In a pretty sketchy location with a lot of homeless/vagrants walking around and doesn’t feel like the safest area (especially for a lone young woman like myself). However rooms felt clean and breakfast bar was decent.

Loved the breakfast! There were many options and all of them were delicious. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and quiet. We had a very nice stay, thank you!
