This hotel is very noisy. First, it is close to the airport, and the sound of planes taking off and landing is very loud, which can wake you up in the middle of the night (there is also a US Air Force base nearby that makes a lot of noise). Secondly, it is close to the main road, and there are constant noises from large vehicles at night.
Secondly, there is no food and beverage near the hotel, so you have to eat at the hotel. The food is very expensive and not delicious. Breakfast for two people is $35 and dinner is $60.
Finally, the service is not very good. They arranged a room that is ten minutes away by foot. Moreover, the hotel is not fully booked, and many rooms are empty. I stayed for two days without any service.
The room is old. The shower water will definitely flow out. The towels and bath towels are unusable.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. They pre charged $100 to my credit card for a safety deposit, as usual in every hotel. After checked out i see the “$100 charge” on the credit card statement and not the refund. Call the hotel, emailed them several times and the answer is they don’t have my credit card number on the record, instead they have other. After almost 20 emails, i don’t have the money back and a person called Annalisa keeps saying they don’t have registered a credit card they charged on. Be careful with this

Huge room, right by the airport! Great for the price. Mary at the front desk was phenomenal and very helpful. Would happily stay here again next time I’m in Tucson!

A lot of things were out of order such as the elevator and the ice machine. Around the hotel, it did not look kept up. Needed some TLC. The room did not seem secure because the door had a big chunk missing on the wood and when closed was flimsy. I did not feel safe due to the flimsy door. The tub had hair in it and felt like it would cave in if you step wrong. The hotel pictures were better than reality.

Hilton corporate needs to step in and oversee major changes to this property. The photos online must be from 10+ years ago. This property is completely run down. From the lobby elevator that was 'out of service' to my room with filthy furniture. The shower curtain in my room was barely still on the shower rod, broken toilet paper holder, burn marks in the carpet, ceiling damage from prior leaks, old cabinets that wouldn't stay shut, and dirty furniture and carpet. Upon checkout no one even bothered to ask "how was your stay?" I actually feel sorry for the Frontline employees at this location. The owners and management must be horrible to work for.
