The receptionist had a bad attitude and was very rude. Fortunately, Ctrip communicated very quickly and was extremely efficient, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to check in at all. I have given negative reviews to the hotel, but Ctrip is still quite good.

Staff was rude. When checking in, it took 20 minutes for an employee to come check us in and when they finally came, they were on a personal phone call so I had to wait more for the phone call the end. They were very rude, didn't apologize for waiting, didn't answer any of my questions. Then when checking out, once again another employee was on their phone and was once again super rude. The room was fine, but the staff was not. I will not be staying here again. Glad it was only for a night.
