The room is large, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the stay is very comfortable. The TV is very cool, with a large 65-inch screen. It is close to Stone Mountain. It is very convenient to come back after watching the laser show at night.

The staff at the hotel was mostly friendly and helpful; however, the issues with this hotel are primarily related to its cleanliness, and responsiveness to guest concerns. I spent hours trying to set up the Hilton Honors app without success, ultimately failing to download it to my phone. Upon our early arrival, we were informed that the hotel was sold out, which they explained for the app's malfunction. While we were offered breakfast, which was quite good and had a variety of options, the positive experience ended there. Check-in at 2 PM was straightforward, but the problems began when we entered room 310. While the room initially appeared to be nice, closer inspection revealed worn furniture and a hole in the area of the sofa. Moreover, the room had a persistent dampness; we attempted to adjust the heating and air conditioning to alleviate this, but nothing worked. Our clothes in the suitcase felt damp to the touch, which was unacceptable. What troubled me the most was the hotel’s cleaning policy of servicing rooms every other day. We checked in on Friday, June 20, and planned to stay until Monday, June 23. However, due to the lack of cleanliness, we decided to check out early. The bathroom was not stocked with essential items like towels, washcloths, and toilet paper. After returning from our event on Saturday, we found trash still in the can and used towels left where we had left them. When I shared this with the front desk staff, their response was simply, “rooms are cleaned every other day.” I was never informed that I had to request daily cleaning services. When I asked for fresh towels, I received only three towels and four washcloths, which was inadequate. Additionally, I was disturbed at 1:30 AM by loud voices in the hallway, caused by a youth basketball team staying at the hotel. Despite calling the front desk to report the noise, the disturbance continued until 3:24 AM, with no action taken. These issues collectively compelled me to cancel the remainder of my stay in Georgia and to leave the hotel. It is imperative that the hotel revises its cleaning policy to ensure rooms are attended to daily and enforces rules to maintain a quiet environment for all guests. We deserve a restful night, especially when we are paying for it.

Hotel in an unsafe area, multiple signs letting us know that there is potential criminal activity in the area. Side entrance broken. We had a reservation for two nights, but once we saw the place we canceled and left. Also, we thought it was in Stone Mountain Park and didn’t realize there is a municipality called Stone Mountain where in lies.

The hotel should seriously reconsider who they assign to work the front desk. The staff member named “Muffin” was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude alone is enough to ensure I will never return to this hotel. In contrast, the weekend staff, particularly Maleka and the maintenance worker (whose name I unfortunately forgot), were wonderful—courteous and helpful throughout the stay. When I booked the room, I specifically requested a late checkout. However, we received a call from the front desk the morningof checkout at 10am stating that the late checkout would not be honored. Thankfully, we were already preparing to leave, but the lack of communication was frustrating and showed a clear lack of organization. During Muffin’s shift, I called down twice to report an issue with the air conditioning. The first time, she acted like she didn’t remember the request, and the second time she told me the maintenance person wouldn’t arrive until 9 a.m. I went downstairs to speak with her directly, only to see her leaving her shift—without ever acknowledging the issue or passing the message along. The maintenance technician acknowledged the excessive heat in our room and promptly replaced the air conditioning unit. Overall, it was a disappointing experience due to poor communication and customer service from the front desk, with the exception of the weekend staff.

Checked in 3/24, checked out 4/30! In 5 weeks, rooms cleaned ONCE! Sheets changed ONCE! Towels dingy and when you ask for them, you get them 2 days later. Bathroom shampoo/conditioner/body wash containers EMPTY! Staff ignores your request.. it’s always “I’m not doing occupieds” or “I’m doing checkouts” now I know what those phrases mean..Absolutely disgusting! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Nothing was in working condition-room telephone out of order, TV did not work called front desk and they came and replaced. Smoke alarm hanging down off the wall with no batteries in it. Bathroom plugs and all plugs except for desk lamp were nonfunctioning. Had to blow dry and curl my hair from the desk lamp with no mirror.

It was very run down. Hall ways and elevators were dirty and beat up. The room was a little better but maintenance was really lacking with some very poor cobbled together repairs. Pool was not functioning. Business center had been removed. One elevator wouldn’t go to the 4th floor because the #4 button didn’t work. Atleast the staff was nice.

Overall it was a good property. One of my beds didn’t have a fitted sheet, and housekeeping forgot to empty the trash cans, but the front office staff was exceptional, and the breakfast was quite delicious

Nice room except that we were given a handicapped room so the shower ran water over the bathroom floor. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok & included some hot items…omelets, grits and waffles. Staff was friendly and efficient.
