This hotel is only in a remote area. The facilities are old and damp. The room is very far from the beach. The food in the Chinese restaurant is expensive. The waiters all have gloomy faces, let alone service. There are so many geckos in the corridor at night. The cups picked up at the breakfast buffet are also very dirty. I will never book any Shangri-La hotel again.

本人一家四口2/2-4/2入住海景套房，當入住登記時客戶服務要求本人Deposit只可以現金不收信用咭，員工名稱：Charissa服務態度超差，但同時辦理入住一位外國人無需入住按金，令本人超不爽我用英語跟她說是不是因為我是中國人？我叫經理出來回應，同時我也打電話上攜程客服，攜程客服當時回覆：已致電酒店當時酒店回覆：叫攜程客服已電郵查詢，攜程客服回覆我會努力交涉，我辦理入住後一家人坐在泳池，酒店送上飲品，然後跟我說房間已準備好，紅色衣服經理走來跟我說：房間已準備好，希望你體諒不作出投訴，到第二天，攜程客服致電查詢狀況，作出道歉，攜程服務態度周到，但我問他酒店怎樣會回覆：酒店回覆攜程，已和客人和解。
