酒店環境確實不錯，房間衞生乾淨，
設施及酒店裝修有點過時，但整體評價還是很不錯

酒店在山窩窩水庫邊，周邊環境沒話説。我入住的湖邊小院別墅，體驗就不佳了。首先衞生間馬桶圈上居然有糞跡，整體裝修非常一般，門口陽台居然沒頂棚，下雨就衹能呆在屋裡。和前台的聯繫靠微信留言，回覆時效性差。第二天早上刷牙，拆開袋子牙刷毛就掉了，再送來的規格又是不一樣的。總之和5星酒店的價格比（500多），不值得。

設施：空調有問題沒人解決，沒人迴應，電話微信都聯繫，最後連句解釋都沒有，敗興而去

房間面積大，棋牌室沒有空調，淋浴花灑漏水。服務人員主動熱情，但經常聯繫不上，建議增加管家服。娛樂設施有待進一步增加，餐飲稍貴，味道有待改善。
