The hotel is luxuriously decorated, the rooms are large, especially the bed is 2 meters wide, it is clean and tidy, and the service is very good. For those like my son and I who are visiting Vietnam for the first time, some advise. The islands of HaLong bay are some of the most beautiful natural wonders you will ever see. Absolutely worth experiencing during your life. What we didn't know is HaLong Bay (a 4 hour drive from Hanoi) really has absolutely nothing to offer other than boat cruise departures to tour the islands. We had planned to spend two days (and two nights) at HaLong bay, thinking the bay itself was a destination. It's not. Advise is to either take a day tour from Hanoi (many companies offer tours from hotels) or book a 2 night cruise. It's a long day for a day tour from Hanoi, but in hindsight we would have been able to spend an extra day in the amazing city of Hanoi. Hotel was not nice. The most expensive hotel in five different cities in Vietnam. Asked to have the hair on the bathroom floor cleaned up twice and it was still there when we left. On the plus side, great air conditioning and great water pressure in the shower!!

Absolutely loved this place, unforgettable experience. We got the suit with sun terrace and wow.. Room was just amazing, the view, the space, the decoration, absolutely worth it, we went in Feb so weather was foggy but the views were still breathtaking, food was delicious and drinks too.. And the staff.... Tom made the experience amazing, it was truly remarkable and we would recommend it to anyone who goes to halong Bay. This is not ur party boat if that's what u are after, if u go with a group of friends then its fine but for a couple looking for party. Its not the case. Its a chilled luxurious vibe. They even got my girlfriend a birthday present.. And when we got back to our hotel in Hanoi they called us to the lobby to get a souvenir from the stellar company, a beautiful set of plates to thank us for our photos we posted on social media (we did it cause it was so amazing) A+++ experience

Kowloon Bay is indeed a magical place, a place that cannot be visited in a lifetime. Say the service is really superb! The boat is medium-sized and very suitable for such a tour. To book a balcony, there are two. Unfortunately, there is not much time to see the scenery. The boat was too hot. There was too much garbage floating at sea and it was disgusting to watch when rowing. UNESCO should have helped clean up.

The cost is higher than other booking websites. The price is high but does not meet expectations. The room actually looks smaller than in the photo, and the room equipment is damaged. The water quality from the bathtub is yellow, and the flowers and shower heads in the bathroom are The water pressure is also insufficient, and there is no water available at all in the middle of the night. The advantage is that all the staff on the ship have a very good service attitude and are always available to help solve problems and meet the needs of guests.

Great views, accommodations and activities to do. The staff is very friendly and they were able to accommodate our dietary needs to the menu. Highly recommend!
