We paid for a 5 star Alice Halong cruise on trip.com for a day, trip com confirmed the payment and reservation for us. When we arrived in Halong, Alice's representative said that there were no places, everything was full, he offered Halong Aquamarine Cruise 4 stars, not 5 stars, which I paid for , I did not agree, the cruise ship is very old, without a pool. They offered to return the money. They said that there were no other cruises, it was high season, everything was crowded. In the end, we had to agree, because there was no other way out, there were 30 minutes left before departure. We We don’t know whose fault is in this situation, but from reviews on the Internet we realized that this happens to many tourists, companies act according to this scheme. I really want to figure this out, why they are selling something that is not there. We were offered an upgrade to a room category and payment road to Halong, which was completed, but the mood was spoiled, because the ship was old and not beautiful, without a pool and a jacuzzi on the deck and it was a 4-star cruise, which is not acceptable when replacing. This Aquamarine Halong liner is not even chosen for purchase for what dates, everything is sold out 😃, perhaps it is a replacement for 5 cruises for tourists like us. The pictures do not correspond to reality, everything looks old and abandoned. I wasn’t on Alice, I don’t know, I paid for it, because it was indicated, that it has been renovated and there is a swimming pool. I promised the representative Alisa to write this review, be vigilant. I concluded that only new cruise ships have beautiful cruises. And about the low season in summer, this is nonsense, the weather was excellent. It’s just that cruise companies need to sell tourists cruises in winter, when it’s cold and rainy.

The staff were friendly and the food was delicious. I will visit again next time I visit Ha Long. It was a good memory.
