TT. Sa Pa Hotels with Pools

The property itself is stunning—truly a museum-like experience with amazing food and a fantastic location. Unfortunately, the hospitality didn’t quite match the setting. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge and wait staff, often lacked the warmth and friendliness expected in the hospitality industry. It was unclear whether this stemmed from unfriendliness or simply a language barrier, which was surprising given that most hotels in the area employ fluent English speakers. For a hotel belonging to such a prominent global chain, I expected a higher standard of staff training to ensure a consistently polished experience, much like their other locations. With better service, the experience could have been nearly flawless. The food was exceptional, but the service at the bar and tearoom was notably slow. I suspect this was because the staff were also attending to restaurant orders. One particularly disappointing moment occurred when our host at the restaurant seemed visibly annoyed when we ordered hotpot, requiring her to set up the electrical equipment. Additionally, another attendant continued to handle the hotpot and add food despite my request for him to stop. While our room was lovely, it felt a bit unsettling to be quickly ushered into an upgraded room that happened to overlook a construction site. Although it was wonderful to enjoy the open doors and city view, being woken up by construction noise was far from ideal. Lastly, the doormen stood out for the wrong reasons. They often appeared to be slacking off, which created an odd and unprofessional impression. It would be better to have no doormen at all than to have staff who do not fulfill their role properly. Overall, while the hotel has incredible potential, a more attentive and professional approach to service would elevate the experience significantly.

This hotel is highly recommended! Cleanliness, location, amenities and service were excellent. It exceeded our expectations for a budget price hotel. Front desk staff “Hana” was very helpful and accommodating. Since we have arrived the hotel very early, she offered us to rest at their lounge while waiting for our room to be ready since she understands that we are from an overnight bus trip from Hanoi. The location is nearby to the town center as well as the tourists spot Moana. We were not able to see a nice view as it’s was foggy the 3days of our stay. The room was spacious and clean and with complete amenities. Breakfast spread was also fantastic as it offers both local & international dishes for guests to choose. We really love our stay at KK Sapa Hotel. Looking forward to another stay in the future.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and the lobby was beautiful CNY decorations.The rooms was clean and spacious with balcony a nice view mountain and city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Special thanks one of the staff who recommendations on local dining spot.The hotel locations was perfect within walking distance to several attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place. I definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

Beautiful hotel - service leaves room for improvement We arrived early and let the hotel know about 10 days prior that we will be arriving at 4am. I called the front desk who asked me to walk about 50m but wasn’t clear about the direction. After 30 mins he sent a buggy to pick us up. A common theme is that some staff don’t communicate if they don’t know something or are unable to help. They just nod and it’s really difficult to discern whether they’re going to do anything or not. Just let me know you don’t know or can’t help - even in Vietnamese! At least I can translate it myself. After 3 hours of waiting in the freezing lobby, Lala explained the process and gave us clarity on next steps. She was kind enough to upgrade as it was my birthday and it was slow season, which I appreciated. Lala is a gem - she came by and everything was really smooth after that. She was cheerful and clear in her communication. She gave useful recommendations and she was clear in what she could and could not do. She was really great and we appreciated her help greatly. Overall a good, clean hotel - a bit far from the town but that’s a good thing. Facilities are good and plenty - you probably don’t even need to go to the town area. Most of the staff except for a handful are quite difficult to interact with due to their refusal to give bad news or say they don’t know something.

The hotel has been nothing but amazing. The only downside was that the weather was foggy thus unable to see a proper view during the daytime and night time. Nonetheless on a perfect weather, i am certain the room would have an impeccable view. I would like to special mention Ms. Vivian Nguyen for the special arrangement made for the special occasion of celebrating my partners birthday. The team’s attention to detail with utmost service made my partners experience a memorable one. I sure we would love to return again

Very much satisfied staying at Bamboo Sapa Hotel!! From the arrival to checking out, it was so smooth. The front desk officers were very accommodating and friendly so as with the room boys , restaurant staff and swimming pool staff.. We arrived before the check-in time, so we left our luggage in their storage. We need to change clothes because the climate is freezing. then they let us use the hotel's comfort room. When we are done with the activities in Sapa, we checked in our room and were happy for the room we have. The CR is supplied with super white and new bath towels , face towels , floor rug, tissue paper . The bathroom is equipped with hot and cold shower ( elegant) provided with body wash and shampoo. The bedroom is super clean and tidy like the comfort room and bathroom. It has a dresser with mirror , lamp shades. It also has a cabinet for clothes and a hair dryer. There are 2 swimming pools in Bamboo Sapa Hotel. One is the outdoor pool, ( but did not take a swim because it's too cold) and the other one is at the G level which is warm and a whirlpool. A cozy restaurant is for the buffet breakfast which is included in the booking.The array of delicious, nutritious and fancy food was served. Electrical socket for charging is situated near the headboard. There were pairs of bedroom slippers and bath robes which were dainty white. So fresh-looking to wear! 2 bottles of mineral water ,cups and saucers and heater were also provided.. oh, if you want to call the front desk, a telephone is on the desk☺️❤️🥰

It was great for a family of four with adult children to use together. The duplex room had a beautiful balcony with a perfect view, but one thing was that the ceiling of the room was high, so the lower floor was a little chilly even when the heater was on. The hotel staff were all friendly, and although the breakfast did not have many varieties, it was neat and clean, so our family was very satisfied. When we had a small number of clothes, we had no choice but to use the laundry service, and they washed them quickly and cleanly, which was impressive. I was so happy that I wanted to ask what kind of detergent they used because the clothes smelled so good. The spa facilities in the hotel were a little expensive, but I was very satisfied. It was a bit difficult to walk from the city center, so it was on a hill, but if I go to Sapa again, I would definitely stay here again. The photo was taken from the balcony of the room I used. I searched for many hotels to stay in Sapa. I decided on this one because of the mountain view, indoor pool, and good breakfast, and the reviews. The price was also a little cheaper when I made the reservation. It's about a 5-minute walk from Hanoi Church. The city is small, so you can walk to Sapa Lake and the market. The first night's breakfast wasn't a buffet because there were only a few people staying, but they brought us the dishes on the list. I was also satisfied. They kept our luggage even before check-in. This is a very good hotel.

A family of four enjoyed the twin room very comfortably. There was no moisture, it was clean, and hot water was very easy to use. However, it was unfortunate that I had to climb a little hill to use the hotel, but overall it was a satisfactory trip. PS:Man Utd came out to chase the team and was surprised by Seol Geon-neungjwi.

View restaurant... Breakfast restaurant .. The staff is very friendly and the room is in good condition ... Will visit again next time ~ The panshi panting from the hotel is very good...
