I booked a standard room, but was upgraded to a deluxe room because it was off-season. The lobby staff were really kind, and the room condition was the best, probably because it was new!! Next time I think I'll pay more and book a private house upstairs. When I was eating breakfast, there seemed to be a lot of Korean guests.

The room is nice, the staff is super friendly and thoughtful. My family took the train to go to Sapa and came back so the time is a bit tricky. The staff was so thoughtful, she offered us a place to take a quick shower and prepared a light sandwich for us to eat while waiting for the train, even if we checked out already. Definitely recommend this place if you visit Sapa!

Beyond perfection, I will say it. Location, breakfast, the view from the hotel room, staffs and accommodation inside of the room, almost everything is perfect 👍. And we did not expect the takeaway sandwiches, bananas and bottles of water were prepared with a paper bag for us when we checked out because hotel staffs knew that we were heading back to Ha Noi and that was their hospitality with care.. we were amazed and joyful.

Great stay, lovely staff, cozy decoration, best value! The location is . It's near the restaurants, Sun Station for Muong Hoa train, The stone Church. It's convernient for go somewhere. I love the wood villa with view from balcony. I'd stayed here for 2 times and still loving this hotel. Stay here and Stay chill

We only booked one night here but wishing we stayed here for weeks! Greeted really well by hospitable staff who were happy to care for our every need. Had a delicious complimentary breakfast then went into the room with the best view that any of the hotels in sapa can offer. Very spacious and lovely. On another note, look for the two friendly ginger cats that are residents at the hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui due notti e siamo stati benissimo! La struttura è curata nei minimi particolari, ci sembrava di essere in un albergo delle Dolomiti… e ho detto tutto!! Sicuramente il miglior posto per soggiornare trovato finora, in Vietnam. Camera grande, finestre enormi affacciate su Sapa. Pulizia impeccabile! Bella l’idea della vasca di legno e dello specchio direttamente inserito nel vetro della finestra. Bottigliette d’acqua, bicchieri, tazze tutte con il loro logo, che “fanno eleganza”! Buona la colazione, servita in una sala luminosa e accogliente! Il giorno della partenza, ci hanno, a sorpresa, preparato due sandwich e una bottiglietta d’acqua per il viaggio! Fantastici!!

1. Service The hotel let us shower many times even when we weren’t yet booked in or after we had booked out. They even gave us complimentary breakfast and dinner. The hotel staff were always accommodating, friendly and helpful. There was a great sense of the hotel being ready to serve your needs and more. It easily felt like you belonged there. 2. Room Wonderful room with great bathroom and comfortable beds. The view overlooked the city and the clouds which creeped over the mountains. 3. Miscellaneous Friendly, cute and cared-for cats. Easy accessibility around the hotel. A nice breakfast with many options. I can’t speak for the price since I wasn’t the one who booked the hotel but I would definitely recommend staying here and want to stay longer than the 1 night.
