So we booked this hotel as it had a kitchen and we are vegetarians and travelling with a fussy 8 year old. Overall hotel had good reviews so we went. Pros - rooms exactly like the photos - location was a not central but easy 10 min walk and right in the market with easy access to stuff - good service and clean Enjoyed the lovely tub, 2 large beds in spacious room, a drink in the balcony. Cons - limited breakfast, same each day and just a few items. Not buffet but set menu. - no one at reception most of the time. But the lady running it was responsive. - view is back side of kk Sapa hotel so can’t see the magnificent valley, just sides of mountain Overall satisfied, met most of our requirements and would stay agin for the price.it’s a new hotel, just 2 yrs old probably.

Visited Sapa for our Fansipan Hike and upon descending,I booked Grand Hill Hotel for our one night stay at Sapa before heading back to Hanoi. To begin with ,the host/owner Ms.Luu is hospitable,attentive and super friendly. Rooms are spacious and the cleanliness is top notch. Will definitely recommend the hotel stay and on top that Luu can also pitch in for your itinerary fix.Thank you again Luu for hosting us,you are amazing.We will be back..💪

I and my family got into Sapa very early in the morning after a bus from Hanoi. The staff were more than helpful in getting us into our room in no time! woke up to a great breakfast with lots of choices and quality coffee (🥳). what a wonderful new hotel to stay at while in Sapa. The location is between the centre of Sapa and heading out to Lao Chai - gives you an opportunity to see everything! All the while staying in absolute comfort. Hats off to owners Luu and Tuyen who make you feel at home while in their hotel. They really do go above and beyond! Oh and one last point, make sure to try out the rooftop bbq - top notch with a fantastic view!!
