We lived on the 10th floor. A room with one bed. The location is good, everything you need is nearby, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the funicular station (Fanzipan). The room is good.
But there are nuances, there is no refrigerator, if you turn on the air conditioner, then all the water will flow from it onto the floor in the bathroom right under your feet, because the tube comes out through the wall and comes out onto the floor, there is also no water in closed bottles, but just in a glass one, which they fill themselves (it is not known what kind of water is there)

The hotel is old, the furniture in the room is old, the room is very smelly and calls for essential oil steaming and it's still the same. The bathroom and floor are dirty. Although the view is towards the mountain, on the 7th floor you still can't see the mountain.
I live in a family apartment on the 7th floor and the bathroom drainage system overflows again.
There is no one in the yard to clean dirty leaves and dead flowers.
The cleaning staff upstairs poured water a little further down the stairs.
The staff took forever to ask before saying one sentence, it was slow.

The room was clean and spacious enough. Our room was facing the street, so there was no view. The breakfast spread was good, with a wide variety and of good standards. The only downside was the charge of about 400k Vnd for checking in early at 10am. I think that is rather steep, while normally in the hotels I went to in the past, there would be no charge if the room would have been vacant already.

The room was great. It very cozy.. location is good near to some must go scenery in sapa. Great place to stay. Nice view. Just add pillow. And deluxe room need elevators too. And be true as per booking that room booked should have fireplace. Though aesthetic. But be specific. But overall a great place to stay
