We lived on the 10th floor. A room with one bed. The location is good, everything you need is nearby, it takes 3-5 minutes to walk to the funicular station (Fanzipan). The room is good. But there are nuances, there is no refrigerator, if you turn on the air conditioner, then all the water will flow from it onto the floor in the bathroom right under your feet, because the tube comes out through the wall and comes out onto the floor, there is also no water in closed bottles, but just in a glass one, which they fill themselves (it is not known what kind of water is there) The staff helps with everything, answers everything. We exchanged money at the hotel, the rate was favorable, we gave things to the laundry through them, there was also a large spider in the room, they came and removed it. Also, windows and doors are the same thing and all this with glass, i.e. you need to close the curtains if you are in the room during the day (sleeping, changing clothes, for example) Or change clothes in the snack bar near the bathroom where the closet is

The location is good and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately, there was construction going on across the street during my stay and there was a diesel engine smell.
