It was great for a family of four with adult children to use together.
The duplex room had a beautiful balcony with a perfect view, but one thing was that the ceiling of the room was high, so the lower floor was a little chilly even when the heater was on.
The hotel staff were all friendly, and although the breakfast did not have many varieties, it was neat and clean, so our family was very satisfied.
When we had a small number of clothes, we had no choice but to use the laundry service, and they washed them quickly and cleanly, which was impressive. I was so happy that I wanted to ask what kind of detergent they used because the clothes smelled so good.
The spa facilities in the hotel were a little expensive, but I was very satisfied.
It was a bit difficult to walk from the city center, so it was on a hill, but if I go to Sapa again, I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is splendid and extremely huge. Got free room upgrade to suite. The breakfast has wide range of of variety to choose from. I would recommend ppl to stay here too! 👍🏻

The location of the hotel is very good and the breakfast is very good. I ate too much breakfast so I didn't eat lunch. The staff are also friendly.
I would say the view from the balcony in the morning is like a painting.
Both cloudy and clear days are spectacular in their own way.
