In the budget is not very high The place to stay is considered very good, quiet because it is away from the crowds. Suitable for people who do not like chaos and noise. The receptionist speaks English and takes care of everything very well. I'm impressed.

The location is really good, but... I'm satisfied because I'm alone!
Nostalgic in the countryside!
It's inconvenient because I can't speak English, but...
To sleep cheaply.. Drink water, good location
There are restaurants in the front and back, and the supermarket is close.

Hotel is average, very small. It's more like a homestay. Location is good ..near to the lake but only one room has a lake view. Staff mostly does not understand English but will always try to please you. The highlight of our stay was conduct of the owner Mr. Soong/Goong ...he is an amazing large-hearted guy. I think hotels across should learn how to be nice and not stingy with guests having small requests. No buffet for breakfast you order one item from a tiny menu. Overall Value for money.

We stayed here for one night. We arrived after midnight because our bus was 4 hours late getting into Sapa. The hotel is a short walk away from where the bus drops off so no taxi is necessary. There was no one at the counter at first when we arrived but he quickly came in (again we were much later then our anticipated check in). We made it to our room and went immediately to bed. The beds and room were fine. Basic but fine for our purposes which was just a place to sleep. We did trap a huge cockroach so that was the only negative (didn't bother us as we have them at home and there is nothing you can do about them). We woke up early the next morning and checked out so I can't really comment on any of the amenities of the hotel. The shower was hot, beds were comfortable, staff was pleasant, and the location was great. Pretty much all we needed!
