Room price is decent. The view from the hotel was nice. It’s located a bit far from the city center (Sapa station) but it was peaceful. ATM’s a strategically placed at the back of the hotel. Hotel staff tried their best to address our needs. They serve similar food options for breakfast daily but it was okay.

No soundproofing at all and located at the intersection of the road to Gwaetgwat Village

The worst like Trip.com I booked a hotel in Hanoi but the hotel didn't accept reservations so I couldn't sleep.
I'm in my late 60s so I didn't know what to do and paid a lot of money to sleep at the hotel next door. I couldn't call Trip or talk to AI. I quit smoking but
I thought I'd die from the urge to smoke. Trip gave a lot of stars to the hotel but I had to go and sleep there myself. Then I couldn't give many stars. Trip was worse than a dog.
