Good hotel, great staff. Cons: the room with a view of the mountains is not very clean, zero soundproofing, under the balcony there is a road with constant traffic, noise from mopeds, cars, horns and people. Pros: Good breakfasts. There is a kettle, hot water, air conditioning. The view from the balcony covers all the shortcomings, you can enjoy it without leaving the room. The location is good, the cable car to Fansipan is a 15-minute walk uphill, the central square is also 15 minutes, the village of Cat Cat is a 10-minute walk. There are many bars, restaurants, shops near the hotel. We bought tickets to Fansipan and the sleeper bus through the hotel, everything is fine. But we do not recommend taking a car with a driver. We paid 600 thousand dongs so that he would take us to the starting point of the trekking to the village and then pick us up from Tawan. In the end, he took us there but didn't pick us up, we waited for him tired for an hour, listened to his excuses like traffic jams, took a taxi for 200 thousand and went to the hotel ourselves. The hotel reimbursed 200 thousand, but if we had initially taken a taxi there and back ourselves, we would have paid 300 thousand for everything, not 600, and we wouldn't have waited an hour. The mood was ruined, for this a minus for the trip, otherwise they would have given 5 stars.
