First off, I’d like to give a huge shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Hana. (If you’re reading this, Hana — you were so accommodating!) Thank you for being incredibly friendly and informative, from helping us book the VIP van to arranging for our room to be on a high floor with a bathtub — you were amazing!
Second, the room with the valley view — wow, just wow. I’ll let the photos in the review speak for themselves.
The location is also a big plus — it’s honestly just a 5–8 minute walk to the city centre!

I had a hard time because there was a huge crowd at check-in time.. but the view and breakfast were fantastic

Very respectful staff, they don’t speak the best English however you can get by ok. Breakfast was awesome, everything you could imagine was available & very nice. Very happy with our stay, I would stay again it I go back to Sapa. Great location, would recommend to other travellers.

I like this hotel very much. The environment is very good and the service is also great. The hotel breakfast is also very rich. There is a beautiful view from the balcony of the room. You can also rent a motorcycle from the hotel staff. Although the price is a bit more expensive than outside, it is very new and you don’t have to return it. Just leave it at the hotel gate and someone will come to pick it up. I will stay here again next time

KK Sapa have excellent service and excellent view from my hotel room! Their breakfast spread is awesome too, highly recommended for everyone to stay here as it is near one of the attractions Moana Sapa 😍

We had a really great stay here! Loved the efficiency of the staffs there. It was a lovely surprise when we enter the room to find a small cake for our 1st Anniversary Celebration (really thoughtful). The view was amazing! It is just a few mins walk from Moana Cafe. The breakfast spread was really good as well. Don’t really have much photos though.
