ho prenotato la camera per 2 ospiti con 2 colazioni, il giorno prima del check in il proprietario mi invia una mail dicendomi che se volevo potevo annullare la prenotazione senza addebito ma le colazioni non sono previste.....altra nota dolente la reception è data come 24 h di presenza..... peccato che non c' è nessuno!!!
Ho chiesto tramite mail se potevo lasciare gli zaini al mattino alle 6 ora in cui arrivavo con il pullman e avrei fatto il check in all ora consentita, mi ha risposto che avrei dovuto pagare 200.000 dong in più per fare venire qualcuno ad aprire perché il personale arriva alle 7 Siamo andati quindi dopo le 7, la porta era aperta na non c' era nessuno, abbiamo comunicato tramite delle telecamere, lasciato gli zaini (con un po' di preoccupazione!!) e siamo poi tornati dopo le 12 per il check in, sempre tramite telecamere ci dice quale camera, non vedevamo l ora di farci una bella doccia calda dopo tutto il freddo e pioggia che aveva preso in giro!!!! Peccato che la camera non ha nessun mezzo di riscaldamento ed è molto umida!!
Sempre tramite telecamere riusciamo a convincere il proprietario a portarci un termosifone elettrico.
Esperienza molto deludente e negativa!!

It's not a hotel, more of a 1950s guest house for young backpackers! The rooms are dilapidated, the WiFi is interrupted regularly, the bedding is dated, no breakfast! You will have to reimburse me for both invoices!
The lady who is alone does her best, she washes clothes for 2 dollars/kg, she is nice but barely speaks English.

Cozy hotel with lovely fireplace at lobby. Very clean and spacious room with heated mattress for cold weather. Owner helped us to arrange for a private guide to hike at Sapa. Wonderful service by receptionist even though she speaks limited English.

We had a wonderful stay at the very nice little hotel in the heart of Sa Pa. The very kind and helpful people running the hotel did everything and more to make us feel welcome and able to enjoy SaPa in all possible of ways. The fireplace in the cosy reception room was both beautiful, creating a wonderful atmosphere, and keeping us warm. Everything very clean and delicate. Highly recommendable. Thank you!

Quiet hotel but a little dated. The rooms could do with a good refresh. Almost no reception. Difficult to understand the opinion of lonely and predecessors on TripAdvisor. Reasonably priced and well located are these assets.
