I am very satisfied staying at this hotel. The location is not far from the city center. The hotel is very clean, with very comfortable beds, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I waited for the bus to go to Hanoi, and they kindly gave me tea and asked me to wait in the hotel. Really admire their hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel ❤️❤️❤️.

Hotel was very nice and clean and modern. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Hotel was a little far to walk from city center because weather was so cold and wet and it was uphill but it was very easy to get an electric car or taxi. Staff always ready to help even beyond their job. Shoutout especially to David for helping me with my problem with my next booking. Thanks so much. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were moved to the sister hotel which was a bigger room, the hotel was amazing would recommend to any travellers there were great views of the mountains

Amazing hotel, very nicely furnished and clean. You feel like in more luxurious kind of hotels. Great breakfast. They even upgraded our room to a bigger one as they had availability. You need to walk a bit uphill to get to the centre of Sapa, but nothing terrible. Highly recommend. Staff is very helpful as well.

Nice Hotel with Friendly Customer Service
They upgraded our room to family room (off course with little extra charge) because we want to have 3 persons in one room

The hotel is clean
And most of all, the staff is friendly
I checked out early in the morning, but they packed it for me until the morning
They also made reservations for trekking and the Fansipan cable car
The location is slightly below the city center, but it only takes 10 minutes to walk
