Amazing view from the room. The balcony is tiny. It was very unexpected that there was a bathtub in the room by the panoramic window. Decorative. For photos, probably. The location is convenient, the breakfast is delicious.

Superb staff service especially the receptionist, he is very accomodating. Great location. Walking distance to sunplaza and all.

It’s a good location however, it’s a bit difficult to communicate with staffs In English. I’ve noticed that the breakfast is buffet style but I only have one plate of simple breakfast like the photos I shared. That’s disappointed. As staff is so kind, i find middle ground at the end.

This is my third trip to Sapa and I am evaluating it calmly.
I stayed for 3 nights and I regret it.
Service training for employees is urgently needed.
I don't even have a costume.
I come and go and there is no greeting.
On the 3rd day, I went to the restaurant for breakfast, but there was no food, so I thought they were ready now, but even after waiting for about 30 minutes, the staff didn't even make eye contact and said nothing.
When I looked around, I saw about three groups eating, so I asked the staff and they showed me the menu and told me to choose.
I'm disappointed.
