Second time staying at this hotel. Nicely decorated rooms with a balcony that gives a mountain view. Will definitely book again. Stairs to the hotel will tick your leg work out.

It is close to the center of Sapa, but there is an inconvenience of having to use the stairs to get there. The air conditioner works well and the warm air is good, but the blanket is too thin. Young people are at the counter and clean the room, and they clean it right away without delay and everyone is friendly. The breakfast is average.

The hotel is located on a hill - you have to climb the stairs all the time, keep that in mind. Although, in the case of Sapa - you will have to do it all the time😅.
In general, the hotel is decent, but the rooms are cold - they gave you a double blanket, so if you come out of season, I recommend choosing a hotel with heating and heaters (the air conditioner did not cope).

The hotel in general has been a good experience. It is a couple of minutes from the centre. The only bad thing is that it does not have an elevator, something that we already knew before going from comments. The breakfast is quite poor, but it is understandable as there are not so many tourists. We had very foggy days and it was very cold, but in any case there is heating in the rooms.

The hotel is a short walk to the town centre. There are a lot of options for dining. Our room is facing the mountain. It is alright considering the view is being blocked by buildings in front of us, i.e., the rooftop of the building right outside the balcony, and a taller building is still under construction. It reduces our enjoyment of the view at the balcony (and the noise from the nearby construction). The toilet could not handle the toilet paper and blocked on the first use. However, the guy at the hotel reception is friendly and helpful to get it fixed. It is a small hotel without a lift. We are alright to carry the luggage. Just be mindful when considering this establishment. The hotel provides breakfast, though.

The hotel as a whole is antique! It smells great and the room is very clean! It's a pity that the only drawback is that the bathroom lotion is a bit hard to squeeze out!
