Sapa Unique Hotel

Perfectly situated just a short walk from the Sapa town center, the hotel is close to restaurants, shops, and the Sapa market, yet far enough from the noise to enjoy peace and quiet. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Large windows and private balconies let in lots of natural light and allow you to enjoy the incredible landscape right from your bed. The beds were comfortable, and the amenities were more than sufficient for a relaxing stay. Breakfast and Lunch were a set limited menu. The tour was organised by the Hotel. Trekking through the villages of Sapa with Ms. Chai was one of the most enriching experiences of my entire trip to Vietnam. From start to finish, the journey offered breathtaking landscapes. The route took us through picturesque rice terraces, traditional Hmong and Dzao villages, and into the heart of a serene bamboo forest. The scenery was absolutely stunning. Ms. Chai is a local guide with deep knowledge of the land, the people, and the culture. Fluent in English, she shared stories of growing up in the mountains, explained traditional farming techniques, and local customs. She also ensured everyone felt comfortable, adjusting the pace when needed and helping with tricky paths—especially when the trails got muddy or steep. If you're heading to Sapa and want more than just beautiful views—if you want a connection to the land and its people—then I highly recommend booking a trek with Ms. Chai.

Room decoration was very run down. And in need of a renovation. Shared balcony with the next door guests. Lock of the door was just a button lock which we did not fell safe staying in. Food was homely and acceptable. Service of the restaurant staff were good. Close location to the Fansipan . Good mountain view.

We stayed here for three days in June. Mr Viet is very responsive to all our requests and he arranged all the tours for us. Just too bad weather is bad, raining most of the time. The tour guide Pang is awesome. Rooms are very clean and service in the hotel are all superb. If you looking for good value for your money, look no further.

We stayed 4 nights in this centrally-located hotel in Sapa with breakfast provided. It was definitely great value for money. Our two rooms were clean and tidy with private balconies overlooking the Hamrong Mountains. With temperatures ranging between 11-18 degrees, the hotel provided heaters in the rooms as well as heated beds. Our private tours to see the mesmerising Fansipan Legend on a clear day, Cat Cat Village, Glass Bridge, Bac Ha Sunday Market, Lao Cai and minority village were organised by the hotel. We were very satisfied with the services provided by the driver who was skillful and very experienced. Overall experience exceeded our expectations due to the personal touch provided by the team throughout our stay. We will definitely stay in this hotel in our next visit to Sapa.
