Very good location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good sized room with a comfortable bed. Laundry dropped off and returned by 7pm. 50k per kilo. Great views of the mountains. Cafe downstairs is very good. Nice meals and cocktails. 100% recommended

I stayed in a "Superior Double Room". The size of the room was fine. The shower room also had a door, so the floor didn't get soaked. Maybe it was because I stayed there in a particularly cold season? The room was very cold, even with the air conditioner on. The shower temperature was also low. If you sign up for a sightseeing tour, you must pay in cash. The service at the restaurant is good, but the prices are a bit high. Even a small bottle of water in the fridge costs 15,000 VDN, which is quite expensive.

Large king size beds, very comfortbale, very clean, daily room service, Excellent aircondition(warm air), very good hot shower. Close to other resturants and shops in Sa Pa. Staff were super helpful and friendly(big thanks to them and especially the girl at reception) The hotel owner were so sweet and caring. By the way the food in their resturant were good two. Enjoyed my 3 nights here. Highly recommend.

I went to Sapa at a time when the weather was very pleasant, not too cold to have to wear a life jacket, cool and peaceful. I chose Ladybird to experience the resting and dining services here. I can only say: great! The food is delicious, the people are friendly, and the view is very chill..

Wonderful hotel with amazing staff that became like family with us. Glad we stopped by and discovered this awesome place, moved from another hotel after the busy weekend. Staff could not do enough to try and help. Great location in the heart of all the action, full recommend the 4th floor if you can book it. Hotel has an elevator which is a nice change from stairs.
