Only stayed for one night however the hotel is perfect, it is such a central location opposite the train station so perfect for getting the cable car up to Fansipan or exploring SaPa! The staff are welcoming and friendly and the hotel is modern and clean, the rooms contain a safe, free water,AC and an excellent shower! Can’t fault this hotel at all and the massages are amazing and great value for money!

Beautiful room, perfect location and awesome, friendly and helpful hotel stuff :) Would highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit Sa Pa. They helped us with transfer from Hanoi to Sa Pa & way back. Book trips, cabs and everything you want to do in Sa Pa right at the lobby. Absolutely nothing negative to say here :) Also really nice, relaxing massage and bath

Arrived in Sa Pa at around 6am, and the hotel personnel graciously allowed us to use one of the spa rooms to freshen up and change into clean clothes as we spent the night travelling in a sleeper bus. We left the hotel, had breakfast and at around 11am, they called us up to let us know that we can already check in- since our room was ready ;-) great service indeed! Ms. Chantelle at the reception is a gem! Helped us book our Fansipan tickets, as well as our transpo to the bus station when it was time for us to go back to Hanoi. After a long day travelling and walking around Sa Pa, it was great to come back to this hotel- plus they have spa services. Highly recommended hotel and spa!

I cannot rate this place high enough. The service was amazing the room was clean and quiet and the massage and herbal spa was fantastic.

The best massage in Sapa! I strongly recommend. The massage was excellent, staff are friendly, relaxing atmosphere and I could shower too. Location is also very good. 진짜 강추합니다. 마사지도 너무 훌륭하고, 분위기도 진짜 완전 릴렉싱! 마사지 끝나고 바로 샤워할 수 있는것도 너무 좋았어요. 감사합니다.

The hotel is tidy and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the service there leaves a lot to be desired. The room card is handed to you and you can go and find your luggage. No one asks if you have planned any activities for your time there and if you need any information: the cable car to Fansipan was closed for maintenance. We found out about this by chance on the same day from the internet, but the hotel didn't say a word about it. The chambermaids only straightened the bedspread, and rubbish was left lying around. The floor of the toilet downstairs in the spa is flooded with water and really unpleasant. For a supposed 4-star hotel, this is a poor performance.

Great service! Perfect experience, very relaxing and charming atmosphere. Recommend it after a long day of hiking. Rooms for 2 persons very luxurious. Very professional massages for full body. Clean sauna et amazing herbal bathes. Go there during your stay
